He added me to the waitlist, and within minutes one of the piercers, Angel, came over and introduced himself. I was very indecisive about which jewelry to choose for my flat because they have so many incredible options. Angel was patient, knowledgeable, and really took the time to help me land on something I love. The piercing process itself was quick and easy, and it has healed incredibly fast. After that first experience, I decided to work with Vinh on a deeply meaningful piece dedicated to Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women. He was so engaged, compassionate, and intentional in understanding the heart behind the design. The final result was absolutely stunning--so much so that it inspired me to continue working with him over the past 13 months to complete an entire sleeve. Every session with Vinh has been nothing short of positive, comfortable, and downright entertaining. He's professional, thoughtful, and genuinely fun to be around. On top of that, everyone at the shop--from the owner to the other artists (Tibo and Matt)--has been incredibly genuine, welcoming, and kind.
