However I was greeted genuinely by an enthusiastic customer service agent. I was treated like a person, not someone who needed to borrow money. When I went in to make payments throughout the course of a few months, I was surprised at how was every single time I was greeted with a smile and a friendly face. If seems like they care about having very helpful staff. I say somethimg to them every time i go in on how pleasant they are and now I am finally writing the review.

However, it seems that they try to operate with…read morethe least amount of staff as possible which results in extremely slow service and, sometimes, disgruntled employees. This locations is in a great place, right off of 225 & Parker and accessible from the Nine Mile Station but it is in a high traffic area and gets full quickly. With only one person running the place, it makes for a long, trying visit. I mean, if there is one person in front of you, that could result in a 30 minute wait. I would say Yes to Ace but No to this location. This company withdraws the installment from your account as a one-time, monthly payment.
