With only one person running the place, it makes for a long, trying visit. I mean, if there is one person in front of you, that could result in a 30 minute wait. They do also give you the option of making either the one-time monthly payment or the per pay period payment. They may offer some other services, too, but I haven't dealt with them enough to know all of the perks. I know they buy phones and they can send money.
