Well, turns out that 20+ years doesn't really mean nothing these days. I have tried to contact and have been unsucessful. Turns out they closed up shop according to Google. Its a pain dealing with Evolution directly and I get nowhere. My radio screen shuts off randomly. Now I just wish I stuck with a good ol' gas cart and own bluetooth speakers would work. Looks really great and always get compliments but the electronic side can be frustrating with the screen and issues with that. Runs great but does seem to drain pretty quickly. read more

Update: After I updated my review miss happy sent the attached snarky comment moments later to my husband. Initial experience buying was great, but....they screwed up and wrote the wrong number for the VIN which has caused so many problems. We got a notice of suspension from the DMV for not registering the cart when we actually did but again wrong VIN. It caused issues with our car insurance as well. The older gal at the front desk had been beyond rude to my husband when she is the one who made the mistake. She insisted he bring paperwork etc to the office when he just had major surgery is in a neck brace and shouldn't drive. She has called numerous times for the title (we bought it outright), but we didn't ever get it because once again the VIN was wrong and it's her fault. We live maybe a mile from them, she should come get the stuff. Making a mistake is definitely human and tolerable, but when you are rude about it and it's been two months and you haven't fixed it well that is just awful. Shame on 19th hole for having someone this untrustworthy at the front desk. read more

Just upgraded our golf cart . Alex was so helpful and honest.We looked around and found some less expensive but I felt Alex was so honest i wanted to go back and see him. Well we've tried to allow this business to make it right. All they care about was my first review which they called defamatory. Nope just the truth about my experience. I have receipts copy's of emails letting them know that I would love to delete the old one and give a raving great review But they just don't get it. We have had the same issue with our cart (Battery and cart completely shuts down after 50%) I asked to speak to the owner. They apparently do not know who the owner is. I had to bring the cart to them and after the second time, you would think that they would pick it up. So this time it goes in the shop for them to replace a new battery why was the first one not new and then told me they are going to charge me which they did charge me $150 to replace the battery which is two bolts why am I paying $150 For something you sold me that was defective, but good news they waived the $145 diagnostic fee (are you serious) smh Robin or Kathy redheaded older lady said this was a five-year warranty bumper-to-bumper. Everything was completely covered when we purchased it. She is an absolute liar. She was conveniently not in when I dropped off my golf cart after speaking with her on the phone and she was conveniently not in when I picked it up. I just wanted to have a simple conversation. Why are you charging me for something that was defective on your cart that you were selling? Stay tuned for the next update. We just got the car back and will be videoing it if we're able to get under 50%. I guess just never go far from camp. Again until they change their policy and management I would NOT recommend going here for anything. Change my mind 19th holes! Ask for everything in writing before you give them your $500 non refundable deposit also a joke. You should run their credit first if they are financing it then on approval go ahead and charge a deposit. Like I said the management and policies need to change this place is a joke. Story time: tire was flat and newer batteries weren't charging. Called to ask them to come out and take a look. Expecting someone to come, check it out, give us an estimate, and possibly do the work. They required a credit card on file to come out assuming as a service charge, so I gave it to them. They came out, earlier than expected. Showed him where the cart was on the property. About an hour later he showed up at the door and said your tire and batteries are fixed. Too busy working to talk further with him. No work order or invoice signed or given. Next day: credit card charged for $1500. Busy at work, they called, emailed and texted 5 times all before lunch because the card was declined. I called later in the afternoon and asked for an invoice. Spoke with Raina. She said they don't do invoices. I said "I don't know what I'm paying for and need an invoice including parts, labor, taxes etc." She said she would talk to her manager and get back to me. The story gets even better as they threatened to come back to my property with the police and remove the parts and come to my business. I just kept asking for an invoice. After 4 days, on a Friday morning, I got an email typed with some parts and prices and they demanded CASH by 3pm. I replied and said we would review the email reply on Monday as we were going out of town. More demands for cash. In order to get these bloodhounds out of our lives, we paid the fake "invoice" in a cashiers check. I went in person with 2 friends to deliver it since they scared me with their threats and demands. She still had the nerve to ask for cash. Walk away people. There are other gigs in town that deserve your business. Sending the same information to the Better Business Bureau. First of all they had a dog (2 actually). Second, they had better inventory. We fell in love with a few carts we ended up having to make a decision but we chose the black on black version of the cart in the video.
