They have done some very minor alterations for me (replacing buttons, lowering a hem on a pair of pants), and those came out fine. On one occasion, I did have something missing - a shirt came back without the fabric belt that went with it. I came back to pick up my items and they lost a brand new blazer my son needed for graduation. They claimed that no, it was only 3 items when clearly there were 4 marks on the ticket. They try to make you think it's your fault and your mistake. They don't even offer a solution. I wish I could produce proof but who knew you should take a photo of all your clothing beforehand. This was a brand new blazer and I can only speculate what could have happened to it but from reading the other reviews I can only wonder if there is a black hole where these new & expensive items end up. I came back the next day to see if they may have found it and they still claim they don't have it. Didn't even offer to look around or answer any of my questions when things like this happen. They claim that this doesn't happen. Not according to the other reviews here. No business is that perfect that they don't make mistakes. Totally pissed. Horrible service.

One bonus of being a patron at this establishment is you get a free laundry bag upon signing up. One major downside is the price fluctuates for washing & could easily eat up your laundry bankroll on one of the more expensive days. The location interior is usually pretty quiet & clean the people who frequent the location are also in turn respectful. If the price was lower it would have gotten a higher score but the price point for me makes it "mid pack". Overall this place is a wash spot. Nothing more nothing less. Your money is always good here for sure. Being a POC doesn't seem to have a bearing on the quality of service you receive due to the fact its self service. So then tried paying the rest with the mobile app but it didn't work. That's why I took off a star. Also, unclear if this is normal pricing for laundry, but wow, it's quite pricey to do laundry at a laundromat. I think this is the comparable pricing everywhere in the area though because we walked into a couple laundromats just to get a gauge of pricing. I think we came out of there spending 20-30 dollars for 10 "basket icons" worth of laundry.
