Less than a year after the headliner install, both c pillars and a pillars were not installed correctly. The retaining clips we're smashed, and a screw on each c pillar was missing, making the c pillar come loose. Please please do not go here.

They made some great recommendations and explained the different materials and what would look good and last the longest. I was even able to get seat heaters added! If you've ever had seat heaters you know they're so nice to have in the winter. The end result was even better than I expected. They were even able to recondition the hard surfaces. I'm not sure if they're plastic or rubber or some combo but they look like new! So whatever they did it was perfect! The hardest part now will be making sure my kids don't mess it up.

I gambled, and it paid off. I contacted Mark (the owner) via Yelp, and he responded the same evening. We set up an appointment for me to bring my car by the next day. From the moment I met Mark in person, it was clear that he was a super nice guy and also very motivated to help me save money on the repairs. I ended up spending a lot less than I had feared I might. When I mentioned that I was planning on hammering my license plate flat again, he did it for me at no extra charge. Summary: I fulfilled my mission without being gorged at Mission Gorge Auto Body.
