He then judges how much the item is at the register. So be prepared for a unreasonable total when you bring him an item(s). On top of that. He will tell you that he is giving you a great deal. This location is about half the size of their location by sports arena but packed with goods! Theres a few booths that are my go-to that are beautifully curated. Prices vary by vendor obviously but overall I found that for certain items like paper ephemera the photos and other paper goods were a few dollars cheaper than other stores which is amazing. Stock is always changing so if you come often, there is still something new to discover. They often have sales where booths will offer 20% off if you take a picture on your phone which is a plus! Love the mart and will continue to come here for years to come!

However, after reading other reviews and the owner's responses, it seems different customers are given different explanations of the verification process, which makes the policy seem inconsistent. Honestly, I only bought a $5 pair of earrings with cash, but I had planned on coming back to shop for more. Instead, I left wondering: at what purchase amount does this verification happen? Is it for every credit card transaction, or only certain customers? I wasn't expecting a simple question about payment methods to turn into a discussion about verifying my identity. The whole interaction left me feeling unwelcome, and I hope whatever policy is in place is applied consistently to every customer.

I only found this place because of Facebook Marketplace or Offer Up, I forget. They have a whole warehouse full of stuff from estates and they resell it or sell it on consignment. Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing. About three and a half weeks before we needed to be out of our rental, Steve came to review what we had available. We showed him many higher-priced, quality items and asked specifically about everything -- including food, supplements, furniture, a heavy fountain, and more. He indicated he would take it all and that we had enough to make it worth his time and effort. As agreed, five days before the scheduled pickup, his employee did a final walkthrough. We provided a detailed list of items we had already discussed with Steve and had even added additional items he had previously said he would take. Then, just two days later, we received a text saying this was now considered more of a cleanout -- and that we would need to pay him over $1,700. During a follow-up phone call, he said the items we had previously discussed were not worth his time to take. This was especially frustrating because we had offered to let him take only what he felt was worth selling. This sudden change completely disrupted our timeline and plans to be out of the rental by the end of the month. We feel the expectations set at the beginning were not honored, which put us in a very difficult position on a tight schedule. Based on our experience, I would advise being very cautious when making plans, especially if you are working within strict deadlines.
