I like to think I'm pretty on top of it and proactive when it comes to personal transactions in which we have a major investment, and I never had to nudge Cynthia once. She was always one step ahead of me. Some things we loved about Cynthia: Excellent negotiator. Very proactive. Went way and above to coordinate everything and make sure things went smoothly, which was extra-appreciated since we were making this purchase from Chicago, two hours outside of town.
