Meet the Business Owner: Hervé T.

Hervé started his career in the wine industry in London fifteen years ago in several well known establishments such as the Hyatt Carlton Tower Hotel and the restaurants Petrus or Gordon Ramsay. After working in Paris several years after in a wine cellar specialised in Grand Crus and rare vintages, he took over the well known wine shop in Cannes previously known as Cave Sunshine and transformed it into 1862 Wines & Spirits. Passionated about wines and spirits from all around the world, Hervé shares his enthusiasm and knowledge to bring you an extraordinary experience.
