A family operation for decades, the woman who has been in the shop is the wife...her husband is the one who selects the wines (and presumably tends to the other shop in La Bocca??). Obviously I can't speak to their higher priced offerings, as I have yet to try some bottles I bought ranging up in price. However, I am confident that this is a good source for wine. One problem is that parking is an issue if you are driving here. It might be best to come in the afternoon when the Gambetta marché is converted to parking, but I prefer to shop in the morning.

Such a great experience! The team here were so friendly and genuinely helpful--they really know…read moretheir wines and gave us some awesome recommendations that ended up being new favorites. The whole place has such a warm, inviting vibe that makes you want to hang out and explore. The owner even took us behind the scenes for a little peek at their wine storage and shared some fun local wine history with us, which was such a cool touch. You can tell they're passionate about what they do. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area--it's way more than just a wine shop!
