The owners are very friendly and are very knowledgeable about the items they carry, local artists they help support and the Boothbay-Damariscotta area in general. Ask them anything! I was impressed with the helpfulness of the staff as I had questions regarding my purchases. In conversation they recommended Indian Trail Antiques as a "Mantiques" location. They were spot on! We programmed the GPS and were off, two 14 year olds, my wife and I. We arrived to find out that they are closed on Monday's and Tuesdays, however, Charles was working in yard/barn and invited us in, turning on the lights on all 3 floors of his large barn. We had a tour along with the stories of how he acquired some of his collection. The barn was neat and orderly and reminded me of the show American Pickers Antique Archeology store.
