Best waxing experience I've ever had! 100% recommend Pam at The Sugar Kube!…read more Sugaring is so much better than normal waxing. It's organic, hurts way less, but is still just as effective! Pam was so friendly and made me feel comfortable the entire time. She walked me through each step, educated me on aftercare, and distracted me from any pain with fun stories. Her space is comfy and very clean! I 100% will be back and you won't regret booking with Pam!

I have been a client of Lindsey's for over 4 years now and I have NEVER gotten more compliments on…read moremy eyebrows. They look amazing. The salon in the Blue Lion Suites, you can park in a *usually empty* parking garage and hop right on into the salon. Her suite is off a quiet hallway allowing for maximum relaxation. I appreciate the ambient lighting and the calm atmosphere. Lindsey is SO funny and really makes getting waxed a pain-free experience (yup, every *there*). She is extremely professional and the space is clean, and free of clutter. I've gotten a facial from here as well and it was heavenly. She explained each step of the process. I think the things I appreciate most about Triple Threat is that Lindsey DOES NOT UPSELL. She doesn't push and prod into expensive products, or more services. If I have questions or needs she is certainly standing at the ready with her immense knowledge of skin care, don't get me wrong, but I like that I don't feel "sold" when I leave.

Ok so upon arriving go to the second floor of the parking garage and then through the door, don't get lost like me lol. The room smells amazing which is always a plus. I usually bring my own baby wipes just to wipe down before a wax but she has wipes in a warmer!! *its the little things* The waxing is virtually pain free!! I have been getting waxed for a few years now but seriously Lindsey magically makes it fast and painless! Plus her personality makes you feel like you've known her forever! That makes a huge difference in an already uncomfortable situation such as getting a Brazilian wax with a stranger. I personally have found my new esthetician!

I've been getting my eyebrows done here for years. I was one of their first customers, and I've…read morealways left happy with my results. This all changed yesterday. I went in to get my eyebrows done and they've completely botched them. The girl that did my eyebrows was not someone that I've met before (probably new) and I didn't get her name. She seemed very pleasant, and I don't find pleasure in writing this review. I've always waxed my eyebrows. They're incredibly thick and if I were to sit in a chair for a threading session, I'd be there for a long and painful time. So I go in and request a wax, sit down in the chair and we get started. When I tell you this girl had no idea what she was doing, I truly mean it. She put scalding hot wax on my eyebrows lid and then let it set for nearly 15 seconds before applying the paper to get rid of the hair. And when it came time for her to rip the paper off, she did just that. Along with my skin. I have burns and skin is missing on my eyelids. She proceeded to RUB my eye lid with force for quite awhile because the wax had adhered itself to my skin, so now it not only hurts like a SOB, it's swollen. Now all of this I can kind of forgive, but then two other salon stylists get involved and attempt to gaslight me into saying it's MY FAULT for the damage to my skin as I have sensitive skin. Again, I've been going to this salon since it opened. I'd say since 2018 at LEAST and this has never once happened to me. My sensitive skin is not at fault for someone not knowing what they're doing. On top of all of this, one eyebrow is MUCH smaller than the other and they were hardly cut back. Typically this is something that happens before you start yanking hair off. So now I have busy, but thin eyebrows. No $27 gift certificate will ever bring me back here again.
