The last visit was excellent I think his name was Anthony, walked through everything. II am new to vaping the service here by every staff member except one has been outstanding. I am going to point out the one who wasn't because I find it very concerning that he wouldn't let me use the phone for a emergency as I lost all my ID and credit cards and my iPhone phone doesn't work the mic and he ( tall big white guy brown reddish hair I wasn't impressed at all) wouldn't let me use the landline or any phone so I left. Both XROS pods in the pack are defective. Even a light pull will spit copious amounts of juice into my mouth. Never had an issue in 8 months of using the same pod type. The shop made no effort to help me fix or replace the defective pods. Do not shop at this store. read more

Visited this store to find something to wean off the super expensive Juul pods. I was provided with awesome service from the super knowledgeable Zahra. She helped me find the right device and sampled a bunch of juices before settling on the ones I wanted. This place is dangerous! I bought a vape unit and a few bottle of their house made juice back in September. I'm a non-smoker, so I asked for non-nicotine varieties. All but one was, which turned out to be 18mg!!! I found out after I added the vape juice, took a couple hits and felt really, really bad. I called the store to let them know what happened, and spoke with an unbelievably callous owner or manager. I asked if I could exchange the vape juice for something I could use, considering I don't use nicotine and the woman who sold me the juice made a mistake. He told me "[He] can't vouch for something one of [his] employees had done." and I could come back and buy some new juice. But, because the bottle was open, there was nothing he could do to exchange it. Are you kidding me? What kind of business is this? So, buyer beware - I'd classify my experience as being 'dosed' with a drug without my knowledge by a legal, operating business. If that's not criminal, it's at least highly negligent and dangerous. I am not new to vaping. A few weeks ago I decided that it was time to kick smoking and start quitting again. The store is relatively new in the area so I stopped in to see. The store is bright and clean. I was greeted when i entered and got to know the Staff right away. Was offered samples as they didn't have a flavour I was looking for. After about an hour I was all ready to go. I did forget to mention that I was having problems with my e-cigarette. The employee said stop by tomorrow and he would help me with it. Which he did, for free so that was nice. My boyfriend ended up quitting with me too and bought a vape from them. All around we have had a great experience and in a short amount of time have become very loyal customers. They also offer a punch card as well this is beyond what i expected of a vape store. I disagree with the review labeling this outfit dangerous. I believe the staff I met were capable of ensuring the quality and content and the consumer is still responsible for some degree of due diligence. I am an early adopter of vaping tech and have grown through several hundred dollars of systems before finding a satisfactory one. This outfit has knowledgeable patient staff who even kept the store open after closing because I was running late. The quality of the e-juice is above average the selection is above-average the prices are about average and some of the flavors are truly fantastic although you sometimes have to Wade through a whole bunch of ones that are not. I would recommend this store to new Vapors and experienced Vapors alike My only complaint is a small one in that I arranged for their product to be sold in another store and I was only given 2 small bottles of juice as appreciation. perhaps this is the norm however I expected a little more. This did not take away from my overall opinion that this is an excellent shop that is worth your while to explore read more

Great staff but I was dissapointed with their return policy. I love the ego one product line but have had batteries die on both the xl and the mega. Ecig Flavorium guys were great with the first one - no questions - replaced my dead xl (may have been 35-40 days). Month later I dropped it pretty hard and killed it - my bad. Ecig flavorium was out of stock so I tried my local 180smoke and got the mega. After 4-5 weeks it just died. All the staff was super helpful, but when they had to ask management about a return I was denied. Truth is the receipt states "no policy" so I had no idea. But it's nice to deal with owner operated places like Ecig Flavorium where they are truly interested in customer care and retention. Also 180smoke on Danforth is kinda new and stock is low. They only sell their own juice and don't let you try most of their premium juices. Ecig Flavorium stores at beaches and Jarvis queen stored have great samples of every juice (and they carry a lot) and tons of hardware and knowledge. read more

The absolute worse big name vape shop out there. There return policy is non-existent, the place is run like a family business with no care for customers. The juice selection has gotten "better" (I use the term loosely) but overall is minimal and not that good. Stock never seems to be consistent always missing stuff and they never have a real idea of when things will be back if at all. One employee, Pjay is great so knowledgable and extremely friendly, if it weren't for the interactions I've had with him I would have a lot worse to say, especially in regard to their two managers, whom may I add are the children of the owners. 180 as a whole isn't as bad as this location, not the best, but this 180 could single handedly ruin their name. As an experienced Vaper that visits shops all over Toronto this is one to avoid, there are much better shops even in the same area, but this one is terrible. This little shop is really great! The Green and White is so nice and different from other vaporshops I Have never had my own vapor before and see on the Papers this morning that 180 was having a deal on juice and vapors. My husband and I Came in and to be honest The only reason why I have gave only a 4 out of 5 star was there was only one Staff working. After we had walked in Several people started coming in. I knew that Patrick ( The staff member ) If i recall, Was alone and had a lot on his plate. Though we came in pretty late and was the FIRST to come in but the LAST to get served. There were other customers that were pushing The staff to get their items before us. Since i am new i knew there was a lot to learn so i let Patrick help the rest of the people before us and that also gave me some time to think of what i want and look for what i want. This was really excellent customer service due to the fact that Patrick handled every situation Perfect. Instead of freaking out because of all the customers he kept everyone calm and making jokes AS he was telling everyone about the products AND greeting new customers that walks in. At that point my Husband started to get some interest when he was explaining about tanks and how to save money by getting a kit with their deal. Anyways! Long story short also i forgot to mention! I know how stores are and a little discount wont hurt a customer that just paid over $200. I ended up getting the Sigelei with a Cleito tank and a battery with one juice and my husband got an evic vtc kit a battery. But now my husband told Patrick that he wont be needing juice and that we have some at home. After Paying $200 Plus Patrick showed me and set my vapor up and i love it. My husband also wanted his set up and Patrick said he cant use it because he didnt buy juice. So i told him just to buy 1 small bottle and surely after talking to him he wanted a small 10ml juice. When he was about to pay he had asked Patrick for a small discount because we had just spent so much. Patrick said he wishes he could but only managers are allowed to make that call. My husband asked him to get the manager so we could get even a 5% discount. The manager said no and that was really shitty customer service. Not on Patrick's side but the manager on duty. Other than that! This was a really lovely place! very clean Ive only met Patrick and dont know how the other staffs are like, but 5 STAR for Staff! If your starting out and quitting smoking don't go in unless Patrick is the one thats working! He is so much help and fill of knowledge! He even explained why all this vapors are exploding and now it understand! read more
