He is very knowledgeable and well-connected in the community, which made the leasing process very easy for us homeowners. He quickly found well qualified tenants for our house - his screening process is very thorough and, as a result, we never had to worry about our tenants not paying rent on time. He is also extremely efficient.. whenever there was a minor repair/maintenance needed, Kevin would be able to get a contractor to assess and fix the issue within days. Living in California, we needed a property manager that we can fully trust because we're not nearby to check on the house. Kevin is VERY responsive to communication, I'm actually not sure if he ever sleeps. When we had an issue with our water heater, Kevin was on vacation and he was texting us from Paris and London! So yes, he really goes above and beyond! I appreciate the effort that Kevin puts in to make sure we are kept up-to-date on everything going on with our house so we don't have to worry about it. Kevin is a fantastic advocate for homeowners and renters alike, and I HIGHLY recommend him for your property management needs.

The service they provide is prompt, reliable, professional and really helpful. If there is any problem, they are quick to let me know and also quick to remedy the problem. I have gotten good advice from them to help me maximize my income while maintaining the value of my property. I have had 3 tenants and when a tenant left, they found another tenant quickly, so that I had very little time when I was not receiving rent. They are always very friendly and a pleasure to work with. I recommend them highly!

I would never have thought I could get that number. I was absolutely blown away. Jon Westrom, the owner, even met me on a Sunday to walk through the property and talk strategy. That level of dedication is rare. His entire team works with real fire, fast, motivated, and incredibly effective. They communicate clearly, take action immediately, and truly go above and beyond. The back spicket is broken and you can't connect a hose to it plus it's coming out of the siding. My fence is rotting to death. We don't use the pool anymore because adults aren't allowed to have fun. Ridiculous. I'm not talking be inappropriate. We should be able to bring a noodle? As a renter I pay for all of this. We pay over $2200 a month for 1600 square feet and that includes the garage. They care more about the land lord than the tenants. When the lease is up we are out. I recommend everyone do research before you rent. Rent is always negotiatable if you're dealing with honest people! I will not attack anyone 1 person. I feel that both renter and landlord should be happy not just 1 sided. Jon I have discussed these problems with you months ago and I texted you today around 11:50am and it's 5:00pm. I respect honest people. You aren't being honest. This relationship will end on the last date of the lease and I will take care of everything you need from me to get out of here.     Correction -4 Stars…read more Worst company I have ever encountered. The fully earned their F- rating on BBB. This should tell you how they get positive reviews. They are either their friends/family/co-workers or they are paid for and or they are fake. Eli and Betty at Highlands Creek are the most ineffective workers. They do not go behind vendors and maintenance to ensure that all jobs are completed and performed as leasing contracts state they will be. I have been in my apartment for 5 months and still have not gotten the 4 kitchen drawers, that do not work at all, fixed. My oven will only heat to 325, and it's meant to go to 450. So, I am limited as to what I can cook. My dishwasher runs for 2 hours. I am not paying that water bill so I must hand wash everything. My HVAC unit does not work properly. I live in a townhome, so I have 2 floors. Upstairs is 4 degrees warmer than my downstairs. So if I want to be comfortable upstairs where all bedrooms are I must put my AC down to 68. That would make my electric bill close to $300 a month. This makes my apartment even more expensive than my LEASE states it will be. My storage shed door is busted and cannot be secured, and I'm on the first floor. So, I have had to get a storage unit, there's another $60 a month. Their maintenance can only be described as pointless. They close work orders, stating they were done, and never even entered the apartment. Eli and Betty do NOTHING about it. Trust me, you can easily find a better, more affordable place to live. Not to mention your neighbors leave their trash out in front of their doors overnight, so the cats and racoons tear into and leave it all over the place. And they clean their cars out and leave the trash in the space they were parked in when they cleaned them out. And Eli and Betty do nothing about it. They also play their music VERY loud/rattling your walls and yell at you if you knock on the door and ask them to turn it down. Eli will spin all sorts of stories about how things are going to be done and improved. And nothing happens. Seems the only concern Eli has is for the people from across the street park in our parking spaces. Make sure this Slumlord Management Company doesn't work for any place you want to live, it will be crap.

    I was a tenant at one of ClassicPM's properties on Lindetree Lane, Fort Worth, Texas -- and I would…read morenever recommend this company to anyone. My experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. After moving out, I was charged a total of $415 in unjustified fees: $300 for carpet cleaning $75 for lawn care $30 for "debris cleanup" (despite the house being left in clean condition) $10 for a light bulb -- even though I had replaced over a dozen bulbs myself when we moved in, because the majority were not working. They also falsely claimed I left behind personal items. In reality, we spent 7 months living around their leftover junk--paint cans, old wood, boxes, and expired air filters--without ever complaining. To make matters worse, the property manager asked me to vacate the home 3 days early, even though I was charged for the full month's rent. I complied, without issue. Yet instead of professionalism or fairness, I was met with exaggerated and dishonest charges. It honestly feels like they're trying to extort tenants on the way out. Their practices lack transparency, integrity, and basic decency. I've attached pictures of the clean condition in which I left the property to support my claim. I'll also be posting this experience across multiple platforms so others can avoid going through what I did. Stay far away from ClassicPM.
