They turn on the charm the moment you walk in -- all smiles, all "we'll take great care of you" -- but once your bike is out of sight, the care and professionalism vanish. After a routine service, I noticed new blemishes in my paint. When I asked how they clean the bikes, an associate casually told me they wipe every bike down with brake cleaner. Brake cleaner. On paint. On plastics. On machines people take pride in. That alone says everything about their standards -- and explains the fresh damage. While the bike is on the stand, observations of a Honda Gold Wing being worked on inches away, may be made; as if every motorcycle is just the same lump of metal. No separation, no caution, no respect for different machines or the hardware they require. And the deeper you look, the worse it gets. A technician at a reputable shop later discovered a mangled air filter -- crushed so badly debris could have passed straight into the engine. It was installed by Eurosport Cycle when they installed the exhaust, and the air filter had clearly been forced in and left that way. If it doesn't fit, just smash it in and have the owner deal with replacing the $250 air filter and engine issues, right? When issues surface, I was told that only the owner is allowed to address them -- but he never returns calls. Not once. Not ever. I was left chasing someone who has no intention of taking responsibility or turning a bad situation into a better one. Raise concerns and they're dismissed as "nit picking," as if expecting basic competence is unreasonable. New blemishes in the paint? Brake cleaner used on your bike? Hidden damage? Somehow, it's all considered "wear and tear." However, Eurosport Cycle is doing all the WEARING and the owner's pocketbook is doing all the TEARING. And honestly, what's the point in purchasing a high‑end machine if you can get better service and better care from a more common Japanese dealer? Eurosport Cycle services those too, but I wouldn't trust them with anything -- not even my Schwinn. Working with Eurosport Cycle feels like dealing with insurance: everything is great while you're paying, but the moment you actually need them to perform, the quality falls apart.

The invoice states the tube was a Drag Speciality and I trusted it was. A few days later I was riding in Comanche County and the tube popped - the bike towed to a reputable shop in Stephenville (boneyard cycles) where the shop owner there discovered the tube was pinched and was NOT a Drag Speciality tube but more than likely an Amazon tube. I brought the tube to 5 Star where the owner Tony threw the tube back at me and said it wasn't his tube. I asked Manny his "service manger" if he backed up Tony and he stated "I wasn't back there when they replaced it". I asked to speak to the mechanic who changed it and was told he was on vacation. I ended up getting the run around and went looking elsewhere. I called mid-afternoon and asked about a certain model that was listed online. Not only did I end up purchasing the same day, I was pleasantly surprised from the minute we walked in. There was a weekend promo going on inside and they were packed. I walked straight up to a salesman, Caden, asking about the model I called about earlier, less than a minute later, he was coming back with one of their swag bags (we hadn't purchased yet) for just visiting at this location. He took us straight to the model we inquired about and we started asking questions. Caden was so knowledgeable and professional you would think this young man had been doing it all his life. Every question we asked was met with a clear and straightforward answer. It was quickly decided we wanted to give him our business. The transaction process was completely painless, and took less than hour. We were introduced to every associate in each department along the way, by Caden, giving us greater insight into the process. Devin, the General Manager was fantastic and easy going. We needed ours delivered and that was easy too, we made some modifications and had parts ordered and installed and within 4 days it was delivered to our place. I took my 2022 Polaris RZR Z22G4L92BG to RideNow to diagnose and repair a brake issue…read more Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing from start to finish. The initial repair process took more than three weeks, and communication throughout that time was poor. I constantly had to call for updates instead of receiving proactive communication from the service department. The shop replaced the battery, charged me diagnostic labor for the battery issue, and sold me a new battery. However, after the repair, I was still receiving low battery voltage codes, making me question whether the root cause had actually been diagnosed. While my RZR was at the dealership, I repeatedly asked for a quote to perform a complete fluid service. Despite asking multiple times, I never received one. When I picked up the vehicle, I also asked if they had the fluids and parts available so I could perform the service myself, but they did not have them in stock. When I arrived to pick up my RZR, I immediately noticed the check engine light was on. I brought it to their attention, but I was simply told not to worry because it would go away after driving. No diagnostic scan was offered, and no one attempted to determine why the warning light was on before releasing the vehicle. Within about 30 minutes of riding, the check engine light began flashing, and I started hearing a concerning noise coming from the left rear of the machine. Since then, I have parked the RZR because I don't want to risk causing further damage. After I posted my original review, Josh, the Service Manager, contacted me and offered to make things right. He told me they would inspect the machine again, resolve the issues, and replace all of the fluids if I paid for the parts while the dealership covered the labor. I accepted the offer because I wanted to give the dealership the opportunity to correct the problems. Unfortunately, more than three additional weeks have now passed, and none of the promised work has been completed. The fluids have not been changed, and the issues have not been resolved. During those three weeks, I called the dealership almost every day trying to speak with Josh. I was repeatedly told he was in meetings or unavailable to take my calls. Despite that, I continued receiving updates that my RZR was being worked on and that it was almost finished. Then, on Saturday, after calling throughout the day without anyone answering, I finally received a callback around 6:30 PM. During that call, the service advisor asked me what was wrong with my machine. At that point, it became clear that no fluids had been changed and no repair work had been performed. That conversation was completely inconsistent with the updates I had been receiving for weeks. I had been led to believe my RZR was almost ready, yet I learned that the promised work had not even been started. That left me feeling that I was not being given honest or accurate information about the status of my vehicle. At this point, my RZR has been at the dealership for over six weeks between both visits, and I am still without a resolution. I understand that repairs can take time and that unexpected delays happen. What I cannot accept is the lack of communication, repeated delays, and being told the work was nearly complete when it apparently had not been performed. I brought my Polaris to an authorized dealership because I expected knowledgeable technicians, honest communication, and quality service. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. I now have to consider taking my RZR to another shop just to find out what is actually wrong with it and have the issues repaired correctly.
