They were always friendly when I talked with them on the phone. I feel that this service was very useful for my boys, and the location was convenient for our family. My boys say they offer snacks to buy during class times and that the class is not bad. The earliest age to participate in a driver's education course in Indiana is 15 years old. The instructors were fantastic and shared feedback after each drive. My second son did the online curriculum and the 6 drives with coach's. Now, our son has completed in-person classroom learning, and it was fine. But, it is literally IMPOSSIBLE to book his driving instruction hours. They post random availability on the 1st of the month, and then again on the 5th. There has never been availability that works with my son's school schedule. So, be prepared to pre-pay for drives that you can not book. This is insane! There always seems to be midday availability, but he is IN SCHOOL. Aren't the majority of drivers ed students in school? I am very disappointed in this experience. He only has so long to complete all of this, yet they make it impossible. Beware before you pay for classes & driving that you can not book.
