It would be a complete shock if the Unique actually graduates and is successful without some divine…read moreintervention. Had the absolute worst experience ever and it wasn't because of the service provided by the lovely Azara, it was because of Unique's deplorable attitude. Never gave her the task of managing the check-in desk if she's not going to be forthcoming, honest, and humble enough to say when she's wrong. Then to have the gall to be talk back and be sassy as if she didn't give me the wrong instructions. I arrive at 1:13 she tells me it's a wait, I said okay will you call me? She says yes. I don't receive a call as I'm waiting in my car so I go back on at 1:56.... She's asking where I was, I said you said you would call. She said yes, call you up. So why have my phone number and why not be explicit regarding the full waiting room? Absolutely horrible customer service and her skills didn't look to be developing properly from what I saw. Zero stars for her.

The Speedway location is problematic...especially the day shift. Over the years there have been…read moreminor issues at this location, but today took the cake. After waiting for two weeks for my appointment, today I was refused service at this location because the day shift instructor claimed they "couldn't find" my latest formula in their computer system -- so I commented that this was "b.s". Initially, I was told the last time I was there was in 2024!! Then it changed to 2025. When I asked to speak to management about how night shift could find my most recent records both the front desk person and instructor threw up their hands and said that "they were day shift and I needed to speak to the night shift". Both shifts use the same computer system...so no rational explanation was given nor was any attempt made to determine if the last formula on file was the correct one. A note was put into my file that I am permanently banned from this location for using profanity (saying b.s). Avoid this place like the plague. Would give -5 stars if that was an option.

They go above and beyond to make sure that your problems are heard and you are supported. The staff consists of some of the best people I've ever had the pleasure to meet. They hold their staff to a very high standard, and unfortunately some people unable to uphold that. The children are always #1 priority here. I loved this job and it will always hold a special place in my heart. Today I was asked in one of my college courses to think of a leader I admired and my favorite quality about them. The first person that came to my mind was Director Stephanie Harvey. I could write a million things about her incredible leadership ranging from her love and passion of education to her creative and effective problem solving. However, the quality I admire the most is the kindness and humility she exhibits every single day. She always ready to listen and help in anyway she can. She would never ask her staff to do anything that she wouldn't do and she treats everyone with the utmost respect. Primrose is a wonderful place to send your children because there is a team of people ready to love them like their own.

I will preface my review with saying if you are looking for a daycare program this place could be a…read morepotential candidate. However, if you are looking for a preschool program to prepare for kindergarten, you will be disappointed. I chose this place because I was moving from out of state temporarily and wanted a place that was close to my in-laws house. This place was right outside of their subdivision and advertised as a preschool. When I did the tour everything seemed great. The staff was very kind and the facility seemed "homey". One thing that did make me feel a bit uncomfortable was the second time that I came to the building to drop off my registration fee ,was that the front door remained unlocked at all times. The second visit there was no staff in sight and I had to go through the building looking for staff. It was a big safety concern for me. But, I thought because it was summertime that maybe it was just a summertime thing. Well, I was wrong. The front door is unlocked at all times for anyone to walk in. when I inquired about the concern, I was given no answer. When my girls started the program I had no idea who their teacher was going to be and what I was supposed to be doing to get them signed in on the first day. I never received a welcome email or anything preparing for the first day as far as any reminders. Every other preschool my other kids have been to in the past have always sent out an email from the teacher explaining how the first day would go and things that they would be learning the first week. After the first day, my girls came home with zero paperwork of things that they worked on that day. In fact, In the two months they were there I never got one piece of paper of things they were working on until the very last day ,she sent me home with a few things. She claimed she was more "hands on" so I wouldn't see much work. None of which was work that would prepare them for kindergarten. They were just craft and art type of paperwork. Lastly, I just felt like there was a lot of disorganization. It was very difficult to get a hold of staff unless you just went to the building. They do not use any sort of reminder app or email system to communicate with parents. I don't know what they would do in case of an emergency to get a hold of all parents at one time as they do everything through paperwork old-school way. Again, maybe it's a great place for a day care setting but not for a pre-K setting.
