One of the best customer service experiences I have probably ever had…read more I needed some stickers made for a frozen food product. The first time I called they answered the phone in less than 2 rings and I had a quote in less than a minute. After that, Nick and myself exchanged a total of 62 emails trying to figure out the perfect way to print these stickers. I needed something that wouldn't bleed and that would still stick if there was any condensation. He even mailed me some samples because I was too busy to go up there to get them. I finally settled on something and sent my file to them for printing. There were some issues with the file I sent so then me and Joey exchanged about 45 emails trying to get it right. He was really patient with me considering I have absolutely no idea about files and layers and embedded objects and whatnot. I knew at the very beginning of all of this that there was going to be a two week turnaround. By the time we straightened everything out, the end of that two weeks was about 24 hours before my business launch. I explained this to them and they assured me they would do everything they could to have them ready in time. They were ready at the end of day on a Friday and I couldn't make it down there to pick them up so Joey left them outside for me (safely packaged) to pick up. The stickers came out perfect! They looked and did exactly what they were suppose to. I will definitely be going back here for all my printing needs.

This was hands down the best customer service experience I have had when researching print shops…read morefor our wedding invites. They came highly recommended by a friend and I was not disappointed. From the very first general email I submitted I had a response in less than 2 business days (I am still pending a response from other print shops and it's been over 3 months). They walked me through the entire process, answered all of my questions, and provided options for my price range. As a novice when it comes to screen printing, all my questions were answered professionally and respectfully. This was the easiest part of the wedding planning so far and I will be back for any and all printing needs. I was a little nervous about not being able to order a 'sample' or 'proof' before placing my order but my fears were unnecessary. Needless to say the final product exceed all my expectations and was breathtaking. Highly, HIGIHLY recommend. Especially for any brides who need help with their wedding invites - ask for Brooks!

Ambrose The Printer is the rock in terms of local, independent printers here in Orlando. Their work…read morehas been nothing but top notch. We had an unexpected death in our family and for the memorial service was tough to plan with enormous stress on the family. Karl personally came forward to open his shop for our family by removing the stress off and did last minute work to print memorial services flyers on a Saturday when they are normally closed. This embodies how kind and caring Karl is for his customers. We have had other work done by him and they have been beyond professional quality. Karl works closely with each customer to tailor to their needs and wants. The pricing is very reasonable and you would get better work than what you would expect out of Office Depot or Staples. I highly recommend Ambrose The Printer for printing needs and support your local, independent businesses. Yelp APPROVED!
