Atlas monitors your flight and while waiting in line for customs, John e-mailed me and stated to contact him when though with customs and luggage in hand. texted him and four (4 min) later he pulled up and off we went on way home. cannot say enough about this service from placing the order to arrival home . John is very courteous and knowledgeable in many subjects. He asked if temp in vehicle was OK several times to ensure our comfort. He also inquired about our trip and how we made out in Europe and seemed concerned that all went well on our trip.
