Atlas monitors your flight and while waiting in line for customs, John e-mailed me and stated to contact him when though with customs and luggage in hand. texted him and four (4 min) later he pulled up and off we went on way home. cannot say enough about this service from placing the order to arrival home . John is very courteous and knowledgeable in many subjects. He asked if temp in vehicle was OK several times to ensure our comfort. He also inquired about our trip and how we made out in Europe and seemed concerned that all went well on our trip. Atlas's vehicles are all new (2019) and very comfortable to ride in .......Coming back from Europe the airline ( LOT) switched planes on the flight home, and John even knew about this and which plane LOT switched to (Air Belgian) which I found impressive ! She arrived frazzled and parked a full lane away from the curb, then told us we were not allowed to touch our own luggage due to "DOT regulations." After arriving home--an hour and a half later--we discovered she never loaded two of our bags into the van. When we tried to address it, she became combative, offered no help whatsoever, and simply drove off. Thankfully, when we contacted JFK, they found the luggage left in the road where she had been parked. My husband had to make a three-hour round-trip drive to retrieve everything as soon as we got home. We only asked for reimbursement of the basic expenses we were forced to pay out of pocket: $40 gas $60 parking $20 to the person who safeguarded the luggage A total of $120--not even counting tolls, time, or inconvenience. She refused to compromise and claimed she had turned all communication over to her lawyer. This entire experience was unacceptable from start to finish. DO NOT USE THEM.
