When we went to their office we were greeted by a Notary, named Karla. She was so friendly, and professional and made us feel very comfortable. She listened carefully, looked over our documents to be sure they were prepared properly for signatures and seals. She was very efficient and knowledgeable, and quickly notarized the documents. Since our notarized documents were going to another country they also required an Apostille signature and seal from the State of California, Secretary of State Office in Los Angeles. Used the notary for a trust and will signing and set an appointment the day before. Arrived on-time, and everything went smoothly. There was a $25 travel charge, which is the minimum travel charge, which seemed a little high considering that we had an appointment, it was in the workday, and the office was only 8 blocks away. I did some investigation and it appears that anyone who travels has a minimum $25 travel charge (I still think this is high). There was no minimum for the number of documents signed, however we had 11 documents to be signed so the total was $135 ([11 documents x $10] + $25 travel charge). Overall I was satisfied. They are the most available and flexible for coming to an office, and were very easy to deal with in person. When paying they used Square.com, and it seemed as if it may have been one of the first times in using Square.com. read more

When you place an order you have to wait until they contact you which is very frustrating because you will have questions. If you call you will just reach an operator who says you will be contacted soon. I placed an order on a Friday and was contacted on Monday to come in later that week. I paid to get it stamped by the Secretary Of State, Department Of State and an embassy both in D.C A few hours before I am supposed to be at their office they contact me via email and say they don't offer stamps from the Department Of State or the embassy I chose. So then why do you let people pay for a service you don't do??? Why was I only made aware of it a week later?? My time was wasted here. read more

I tried for many hours to make an appointment with the Mexican Consulate in San Diego to get this document notarized and Apostilled, and no luck! Finally I called Karla after reading a review which says that she does not walk over water, but knows where the rocks are! I am telling you, I think she does walk over water! She is amazing! Got my documents notarized and apostilled (sent driver to LA to get it done personally!) the same day! She even sent them directly to my notary in Mexico via DHL! Horrible company. Do not deal with them. Was supposed to pick up my Apostilles on Tuesday. Received a phone call saying that they are not going to be ready till tomorrow. Was told that someone would be in the office between 10:30-11. Well, spent an hour waiting from 10:30-11:30 and no one is here. Had a timely manner documents that needed to be sent before Christmas.
