After establishing an understanding with the sales tech over a couple of months and being clear with what my objectives were for the website, I signed up for a package. I worked with the sales rep and customer service rep closely over the following two years in a relatively good basis however, whenever I try to schedule a phone call with the customer service rep randomly her phone would not be working or she would have a scheduling issue or or she would just not show up. I paid thousands of dollars extra for customizing the website with various upgrades and adding content as my services grew. What I found was that the quality of the content with deteriorate and was worse than what five year-old using chatGPT could generate. Note that this company markets themselves as professionals in the industry of marketing and advertising. I then found as the company was acquired and the customer service was laid off with reducing staffing my website maintenance requests over seven months were ignored, despite contacting several people the company. The one thing that the company did not fail at and in fact, the only thing that they did not fail at was renewing my contract for 12 months without my approval and actually against my approval since I had verbally expresses and in writing that I will not be renewing my contract with them. After speaking with Samantha Garrison, I have found a customer success management team to be absolutely rude, spiteful, and ignorant of the needs of a professional, like myself simply wishes to maintain a website to the standard of what his medical practice and goal on Customer Service should align with. Have to sell a dispute with their billing team and a clear lack of response and the dismissive shit towards the importance of maintaining my website. I have found that they held me hostage by upholding a nonsensical contract and simply collecting my money without providing any service of value or a return on my investment for 12 months now. I can very confidently say that DRLOGIC IS A SCAM and KEEP WELL AWAY - They will RUIN your business and smile all the way to the bank doing so as they intend to maintain their mediocre lives, providing an inadequate service to medical and dental providers who have more interest in running a successful practice vs babysitting a bunch of ridiculous amateur website wanna be marketing people with ego and entitlement for very little ability.
