The earliest they could do was nearly 2 weeks out from the time I called, but I figured if they were good and reasonably priced, it was worth the wait. Then the snow storm came and we needed to reschedule (no one's fault). They finally came out 5 days later and 2 women came out to get to work. They were allotted 4.5hrs a piece to clean our home, but only used 2.5. During that time, they did a half-assed job. When you schedule a deep clean, you expect the team to be very detailed and very thorough, especially with the money you're paying. We got none of that. The areas they did clean were either cleaned or cleaned decently, but not quite satisfactorily. And I say that because you can see streaks of where they did and didn't wipe/clean on many surfaces. They also didn't wipe down any of our table surfaces, dusted some areas but completely missed others within their reach, and cleaned only 3/4 of the kitchen and left some white residue all over the gas stove that was a pain to get off. On top of that, they didn't put anything they moved back; didn't respect my property (my cameras caught them playing with my gym equipment); used our supplies to clean when we didn't agree to that (ladder, paper towels, plastic bags); and during the 2.5 hours they were in our home, used a whopping 36 gallons of water (we have an app, it's great)! That's over half of what my husband and I use in 1 day. I mean, I want a clean home but not at the expense of a higher water bill. And I understand they want to mop the floors with fresh water, but it was overkill and we were under water conservation orders so they should've abided by that better. Of course, I sent an email letting them know about all the issues and they offered to send someone out to clean it. I declined since I'd already handled everything to my liking. But to add insult to injury, after I settled the score with them and canceled any additional services, I discovered multiple scratches on my new fridge that weren't there before they cleaned. I don't know what products they used or if the cloth has something abrasive on it, but it was not appropriate for a stainless appliance. It's pointless to complain to them now since it's outside the 24 hour window and I probably won't be compensated, but if you hire them, check your fridge when they're done. Just so this isn't a complete put-down post, they did leave my home smelling nice, the women were friendly-ish, and they showed up during the window they said they would.

There were a few small spots left ignored, but the carpet was deodorized and cleaned, my sinks were sparkling, my tub and shower were clean, and my stove looked almost immaculate. The inside of my fridge was clean too. They sent me pictures of my cleaning, and I was pleased. I nearly shed a tear because it looked so damn good. ======== WHY NOT 5 STARS? ========= Move-out cleans, as an industry standard, don't seem to include ovens, cabinets, or freezers. Nearly every place I received a quote from wanted an extra $20 - $50 for the oven, as well as additional prices for other extras. I paid extra for the stove to be cleaned out - it was an a la carte, but apparently I did not look at the detailed cleaning list to see whether shelves in the cabinets or freezers were included. They weren't so it was at the time of payment processing (Square) that I discovered what wasn't cleaned. Due to this, I was a little less enthused. However, I will admit that the cleaning lady/admin reached out to me to explain this information was on the website, and that some of their standards of what was included was based on industry norm. I don't have time to double check, so I accepted it as - is, and turned my apartment in. Let me BE SURE to tell you THEY OFFERED TO COME BACK and clean or remedy anything I wasn't satisfied with. They are willing to communicate with you and make sure you get what you've wanted. I didn't call them back because my complex was pleased with the job they did, and informed me that I had a zero balance for apartment damages or issues that needed to be fixed/cleaned. ... So heh, maybe they were right and the little things I worried about actually were insignificant? I would likely work with them again. They're fast, simple, easy to work with, and quick to communicate with, with fair prices. (Because one company wanted $199 and NO.)

Said she will try her best to work something out. I paid the cleaning free via Venmo which is what Vilma asked of me. Since this was a business transaction I selected the "Goods and services", this company provided me a service. That money cleared out of my account immediately. I then got a string of texts saying that she won't be able to pay her rent since Venmo is holding the funds for 21 days. I was not aware that this was a personal Venmo account and not set up to receive business funds. I spent hours on the phone to Venmo trying to get this squared away but ultimately, nothing can be done to speed up the process, since there Venmo account is not set up correctly. I then found this page and found pictures of my house, which I did not consent to. The clean was good, but everything else has been a disaster. I do not recommend this company. UPDATE. Update due to owners reply. The issue here lies with Venmo. Ls Ruiz has even supported the fact that I paid with a screenshot. I paid within 30 minutes of the job being completed. I do not have control of how long it takes Venmo to give her the money. I do not control the terms and conditions of Venmo. I spent hours on the phone with Venmo trying to find a resolution but ultimately, they are using a personal account to conduct business transactions, so a hold is put in place for the protection of both parties. Venmo is the way Vilma and this lady requested and agreed on payment. If you don't want to abide by the rules of Venmo and want payment made in a specific way, make that clear upfront. As for the photos, you can take pictures of your work as proof of service, but posting them online without consent seems like violation of privacy.
