My key project was for a Charity Golf tournament, and I did NOT want the standard boring Trophy's that you may run across online or through the BIG stores. After I met with Don and his amazing wife Michelle, we went back and forth on various ideas, and he was able to create several mockups which allowed us to fine tune the smallest details. The time that Don spent going over every aspect of the Trophy was insane as there were no details left untouched. The final product was more than I could have ever expected, and the winners of the tournaments loved the Trophy's more than anything else they got. Since he did such an amazing job with the Trophy's, I went ahead and had him create custom poker chips to be handed out to every player. He went as far as making the poker chips textured to look and feel like a golf ball!! WHO DOES THAT!!! What a nice touch. If you are looking for plain, boring, and cheap, hit up Amazon or other big box stores and skip TruCarve. If you want something that is unique, creative and Kick Ass, give TruCarve a chance. Their prices are more than reasonable, their product is First Class, and you will not be disappointed. BE WARNED!! This is definitely my go to spot for all things printing, shredding and shipping now.

I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS Store and would not recommend it…read more I went in to ship a bridesmaid gift that I had previously shipped from another UPS Store without any issues. The employee (who I later found out was the owner) told me I needed a larger box and additional bubble wrap but never discussed the cost before repacking my package. I figured if it was too much I could go home and get another box and come back. When I got to checkout, my total was around $75. I expected the shipping to California to cost more, but I was shocked by the price of the packing materials, especially since none of those charges had been disclosed beforehand. When I mentioned that another UPS Store had only charged me $2 for bubble wrap, the owner responded that the other store "must not be doing well." At that point, I decided to cancel the shipment and take my package elsewhere. I understood paying for the bubble wrap that had already been cut, but then I was charged a $15 service fee that had never been mentioned and was not on my original transaction. I was told that fee would only be removed if I shipped through their store. I felt like I was backed into a corner because I had already incurred enough charges that going elsewhere no longer made financial sense. I felt pressured into completing a transaction after undisclosed charges had already been added. Unfortunately, the person handling the situation was the owner, so there was no one else to speak with. This experience left me feeling misled and disappointed. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this location to anyone who values honesty, transparency, and good customer service.
