This HAS to be THE BEST used bookstore I've EVER visited in my 53 years!!!!!!! Excellent selection…read moreof used books, DVDs, and CDs. Both my wife and I found quite a few deals here. I've even found a few treasures I DIDN'T even know existed. Whomever donated these REALLY did their homework, and MUST have been SERIOUSLY involved in the SAME hobbies and interests as long as I have (since the 1970s!!!!). On the 3rd Saturday during the months of February, June, and October, they have a store sidewalk sale here, with PRETTY GOOD deals. My wife and I ALWAYS look forward to returning here. Volunteer staff is VERY nice and welcoming. Cash or debit accepted. Northwest corner of Los Alamos @Whitewood. Hours: Mon-Tue-Thur 10-4 Wed-Fri-Sat 10-6 Sun Closed

Came in for a first time visit and we were greeted brightly upon entering, but that was it. We have…read morenever been here before, didn't know the store layout or how anything works. I had to look it up online to see they actually sell books as it strongly resembles a library. There were a few older women behind the counter, not one offered any help or asked if we had any questions, that would be a nice thing to do especially if you're coming in with young children. We ended up with a few kids' chapter books for $3.50 so that was a pleasant surprise as I didn't realize the prices were marked on the inside pages. They had an issue with payment and accepting Venmo so I ended up using a credit card and were offered a sheet of stickers upon leaving. Great concept, except for the mother who was reading obnoxiously loud to her child inside the store, I feel like we should all be using indoor voices if we're trying to simulate a relaxing library environment. Other than that, if the employees/volunteers had offered any assistance throughout our visit, it would have been 4 stars.

I love Barnes and nobles! It's always nice being able to walk around, seeing what's displayed on…read morethe bookshelves, and finding interesting books to add to my reading list. The lines here can get long, but I think the staff genuinely does their best to move through the lines. They also offer popular trading cards , and I see how they can get slammed during release or restock events. A lot of people seem to be upset about how inconsistent this Barnes and nobles can be in this aspect, but I do see how overwhelming this can be for workers who are not familiar with details of each release. As someone who collects, I do get frustrated with inconsistent inventory and missed drop days, but I think everyone should be patient with the book keepers who are doing their job. I can appreciate that there is a Barnes and nobles in south Corona. I love coming to find books for myself, and taking my kids through to find goodies for them as well.

Calling this place a Christian bookstore is a stretch, IMO. They have some Christian merchandise,…read moreyes. But they also resell old DVDs, VHS, toys, knicknacks- it's a hodge podge of interesting to very odd items. Mostly old and dated items. As for the value, I suppose it depends on what you are looking for. It could be a treasure trove to some, I am certain, but personally- it just wasn't what I was looking for. The service was greatly lacking as well, which definitely took away from the experience.
