I'm hesitant to leave a negative review, but following advice from friends and family, I hope this helps others avoid humiliation from Ms. AG. I had originally written a detailed review, but Google has character limits. During my recent visit on the 01/24 Friday, I had a horrifying experience. When I inquired about the shorter duration of the procedure, the service provider became extremely angry. In the past, these sessions were much longer, and her reaction was unsettling. She began yelling at the top of her lungs, threatening to throw me out and even call the cops. Despite my attempts to understand what was happening, she continued to shout and threaten me. After I paid, she threw the receipt at my face. She repeatedly threatened to call the police and screamed, "Get out of my premises." When I asked to speak with the owner, she claimed to be the owner herself. Her behavior was so shocking and demeaning that I was left in tears, losing sleep and self-confidence. For the past few days, I've been fearful of leaving my home. No one should have to experience such treatment. How can simply giving feedback or asking for what you've paid for upset someone so much? Even if I were a customer with a bad attitude, is this how businesses operate--threatening to throw customers out or call 911? As a firm believer in karma, I know that how people treat you is their karma, but how you react is yours.
