This was the worst barbershop I've ever been to they literally shaved a patch in my head it two days before my 10th high school anniversary. And I went in there and Told him look what you did in my head dude what can we do about this and he accused me of doing it to myself with a razor why would I do that for a $20 haircut and then he got super violent with me and tried to fight me Look what these motherfuckers did to my hair read more

110 Barber Shop - This is what their barber is due to people and then try and say that I did it to myself with a razor why would I do that.... - Barbers Near Me - San Pedro, California

Cool shop and my new back up hair house. I typically go to my nephews' shop, but if he's outta town and / or off when I need a little cleanin' up, these guys do a great job for a fair price. Been here about three times and I always get a nice cut. My biggest critic, (the wifey), has approved of my cuts every time. I mean, she has to look at my ugly mug more than I do so if she's happy, I'm happy. Minuses... Street parking only and that can be a real beeyatch at times. (They're in my old hood too so I know some tricks). Cash only but that's really not a big deal as I pay cash anyway. Can get crowded but it's really hit and miss. A few of Yelpers have criticized the shaves but my momma didn't raise a fool... I trust no one but myself with a razor on my / neck face. I was already "blessed" with a face only a mother could love so I don't need any more help with the proverbial ugly stick... Will continue to go back as needed, when needed... read more

110 Barber Shop - All squared up!!! - Barbers Near Me - San Pedro, California

This was the worst barbershop I've ever been too FUCK this place. A picture tells 1000 words and you can see what they did to me. 2 days before my 10 year high school reunion!!! There unprofessional it's a piece of shit barber shop on top of everything. But honestly none of that stuff would matter to me if they wouldn't have done what they did. I wish I could give this place a 0 out of 5 So take your kids here with Caution. Go here at your own risk. But you could leave with patch of hair missing then go to jail when the barber tries to fight you because he fucked up. read more

110 Barber Shop - This is what They did too my hair - Barbers Near Me - San Pedro, California

Don't know how I feel about this one. Cool vibe and all but getting charged $50 plus tips for just the sides seems like way too much money for a haircut that didn't include a a beard trim nor even a trim to the hair up top. Of course the payment was a surprise at the end to find out how much you owe them. For nearly double the price of the surrounding barbers I felt like I got half the deal. read more

I've tried a lot of barbers and barber shops, none haven quite gave me the comfort and experience as this one. Conveniently a straight shot off the 110 freeway onto Gaffey. The 110 Barber Shop has the multi-talented barbers that care a lot about there craft and executing their costumers visions. A bonus is the friendly and welcoming barbers that take their time to make you feel right at home. Sometimes is uncomfortable finding a new barber and building some kind of relationship with the shop but not with them And they get the job done , and they do it damn well. read more

Everyone struggles or has struggled in the past to find the right barber. People often overlook the fact that your barber has to power to give you the look that lands you that promotion, or turning a first date into four, But your barber also has the power to leave you stuck. A bad cut lasts for about two weeks depending on hair growth, (trust me I've had horrible cuts in the past) and it can eat away your confidence, as well as provide a falsified superficial image of yourself to people. For the obvious issues stated above there is a solution , and that is 110 Barber Shop ! My barber of choice is Steve , cool guy who's always willing to challenge himself to any cut . He has helped me out in many tough situation when I needed an emergency haircut. As previously stated , your barber has a lot of power. I Used to drive to different places from downtown LA to Newport Beach for a haircut (crazy at first thought) but the fact that these guys and women who cut here are so focused on their craft , and are truly there for the community and customers, allows me not to think twice about making that trek far out like I used to , when they're right here in our harbor area . Which is why, if you were to delegate the power to enhance your image , why not leave it in the hands of the barbers at 110 Barber Shop . read more

This place is amazing! Well actually Andrew is amazing. After trying out several establishments looking for a great women's fade...I am home! Andrew worked magic on my hair. I give him a 5 star rating! read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Came in here for a simple buzz cut and the haircut went fine. When it came time to pay I noticed it was a cash only business, I'm ok with this. They had an ATM inside that charged me $2 for using it and this is standard. So I payed the $2 fee on the ATM and we all know that ATMs only give out $20 bills. I handed it the barber and he told me that he had to go get change. When he came back he said he didn't have change and asked me to go across the street and get change! I was blown away by this. I went across the street and went into 4 merchants and none of them had change. So, I came back across the street and told them that no one had change and that if they were going to be a cash only business they needed to carry change. The owner reluctantly pulled out the change from his pocket and gave it to me. What the hell? He had the change the whole time! This is the worst service of any business I have ever been to. I will never go back and make sure everyone I know in San Pedro does not go here. It's such a shame that a local business owner has no idea how to serve his own paying customers. read more

I called to find out if I could take my disabled brother here, and the fella who answered the phone said the shop is not wheelchair accessible. Lame, and possibly illegal? read more

The girl in this establishment is usually the one that cuts my son's hair, he's 3, and she does a pretty good job at it! Fade is perfect, the part is straight and precise. I really like it! But yesterday, I let another guy "tito" I believe, cut my sons hair. This guy was literally checking his phone every two minutes! He'd literally stop cutting my sons hair so often I was about to tell him I didn't appreciate him going to his phone and laughing while cutting my sons hair. Completely unprofessional! The fade is pretty horrible and the part isn't even straight or completely shaved, keep in mind my son stays still! After he was done, he just took my son off and didn't even brush the hairs off his face or try to style it like the girl usually does. Big disappointment! Don't know if I'll keep coming back, if I do, I'll wait for the girl who usually cuts his hair! read more

Been coming here for years great barbers. I take my kids here. Staff is very cool and professional. I highly recommend this shop if your a local or just passing through town. read more

I know I could shave my own head, but I like the experience of going to a barber. It's old-school cool, and I dig it. I looked all over LA for a good barbershop. I would find good barbers once in a while, but could never keep up with them or their schedules. And since this is personal luxury, I am not about to mess with a mediocre experience or cut. Like I said, I could do it myself. Now I have been coming to 110 Barber Shop for about two years. Steve is my guy and does great work every time. He is in the shop all the time, and if he's out for some reason, I know I could go to (and have gone to) anyone else in the shop for a great cut. The shop itself is cool. It's got the old school elements and modern essentials. The barbers are all personable, friendly, and hard working. Best part: the prices are super reasonable. I send people in all the time. Go. read more

Best barber shop in San Pedro. If you go anywhere else in San Pedro you are wasting your money. Great professional barbers that know what they are doing. read more

This is the best barbershop I've ever taken my son to. Steve cuts his hair and always does an impeccable job. Their prices are super reasonable and the ambiance is really cool. I'm a single mom so my teenage son can go there and chat with the guys while he gets his hair cut. He leaves happy every single time. I would recommend this place to anyone! read more

Not a very good place to come in as a walk in customer. I waited an hour and no one really even attempted to show any interest in my money or cutting my hair. I think you have to introduce yourself to every barber individually. When I asked one of them if I could get a hair cut he just stupidly pointed around the barber shop and said "one of these guys will cut your hair." read more

Called in for an appt. I got to the Barber shop and they took me right on time. Holly Knotts did an Excellent Job with a skin fade. I would recommend this place to my friends. Thank you Holly! read more

Great barber shop with friendly (for San Pedro) crew. They don't take appointments but I've never waited more than 20 minutes or so. Prices are great too! I've had my hair cut by Steven, Tito, and the female whose name I can't recall (sorry!). Each person knew there stuff and made the experience easy-going and not awkward. I had a hard time finding a place to get my hair cut in Pedro, lots of other barber shops seemed to not value my business. 110 isn't like that. read more

My husband and son are regulars here..this time my husband was out of town for work so decided i would take my son myself took me forever to find parking finally did the sign on the door says open..I opened the door about half way when it was grabbed and told thats it for the day there backed up I look around there is only two people sitting one a girl and the rest of the barbers are sweeping and on there cells pretty much felt shoved out and the door slammed in my face maybe they didn't recognize my son who knows the hours said until 5pm it was 4:15 definitely will not be back and my husband will be changing babrbers read more

Very disappointed with a shave at this shop. No hot towels, said machine broken, and cold shave cream. Then applied some sort of aftershave with a dirty towel. If you guys want a good shave go to Jara's in Lomita. read more

Inconsistent hair cuts. Usually theres too many kids just hanging out taking up seats. Several barbers look like they are in training just by the bad basic fades.... Recommend going with a barber you know, else go somewhere else. read more

I like this Barbershop. One of the better ones in San Pedro, unlike the last one I went last month. I came in asked for a certain haircut and got it done right the first time, it was a fresh clean cut. I will be back. If you enjoy a mans Barbershop come here. No one is pushing you into doing anything you dont want to do, read more

Paid $15 for a hair cut for my kid. Hair cut and fade was good HOWEVER the line up is horribly crooked extremely noticeable. I'm sticking with Hall of Fades barber shop read more

For the price, atmosphere, and talent- this place gets five stars for sure! My husband has had probably all the guys there do his hair, and never has a single complaint! Pure talent. They do a great job, with great attitudes, and it's a family owned business that do a wonderful job of keeping things professional. It's really kind of a diamond-in-the-rough sort of place. San Pedro might not be such a "hot spot" with LA-ers, but this business is killer for a mom and pop barber's that does a clean fade or line-up. My man's happy, I'm happy. He's never had an issue, and will continue to bi-weekly get his hair there until we move. read more

i've been here once for a haircut, other than that the 2 times i've tried going they are closed for the oddest lunch hours. For example i stopped by today at 1:20 pm, and there return time was at 2pm. A little questionable and obviously customer service is not there business. I'm sure most of the clients are from foot traffic around the area. read more

They are close by the house so I thought I would give them a shot. They did okay on an old gringo's hair. Very clean shop. Open early to late. read more

Ugh , the guy my husband went to today at 110 was a hack! He even went in with a picture of himself with one of Sean's ( local Pedro guy) haircuts ( Sean was booked) and got his hair and beard butchered. Note if your barber turns you away from the mirror and announces " Let's do this!" it's not a good sign...Thanks for my man's ugly hair cut. Good thing is it'll grow out... Shaving it all would have been better.... and that's not saying much. read more

This place is great. They always go out of their way to make you feel welcome. I had a long time barber for six years. A few years ago. He does such a great job he's been my barber ever since. read more

I come here all the time to get a flat top. Prices is reasonable and I get a good hair cut every time. Get's my recommendation.

I have been coming here for 1 year , each time I have a great haircut. Price is great , customer service. Alex is my go to guy. Everyone seems freindly, place is clean, plus the murals give it more of a new school feel to it. I new this was my place when the first time I came here it was 5min till close, I just assumed I would be told to come tomorrow. But instead he helped me out, not rushed or half assed haircut either. If u want a good haircut, chill spot and no attitudes this is the place to go to. read more

I just went this place yesterday to get my seven year old a type of mohawk haircut. The service was friendly, place was clean. As soon as I saw their sign that they did women's haircuts as well, I talked to someone about getting a trim for me. I was overdue for a trim and my hair WAS down to my waist UNTIL the girl got scissor happy! She was so sweet but I told her I only wanted an inch cut off of my layers and about an inch or two off the bottom and she could straighten it out a little across the bottom. When she was done, she put the mirror up so I could see the back but I really couldn't see much and my children were with me who had been waiting for a long time so I just got up paid and my hair felt so much lighter but I thought it was because of the ends finally trimmed. As I walked home I wanted to put my hair up in a bun but most of my hair was gone. THE GIRL HAD CUT OFF 6-7 INCHES OF MY HAIR!!!!!! I couldn't believe it! In our conversation I had told her that it took me three years to grow it that long. How could she not see how much she was cutting off? Three years trying to grow my hair and all gone in a 30 min haircut. I have not had a chance to really examine my son's haircut since it is still in his mohawk but I am truly hoping his hair isn't SCREWED UP as well!!! So does one ask for their money back and tip? This is crap!!! How do you get compensation for them screwing up a haircut and chopping off 6 inches of your hair? DON'T GO HERE if you are a woman and I would say be very careful if you are a man....hopefully their haircuts for men are done better than for woman. read more
