Had a chance to stop in here after getting a salon service in the area. I got the classic chicken sandwich and fries. The classic comes with Panko fried chicken breast, dill pickles, lettuce, garlic parmesan aioli and a buttered brioche bun. The way it was fried was PERFECT and the chicken was almost flaky. However, I do wish it had a little more seasoning. Next time I'll try the chicky chicky part since that has smoked mozzarella and a garlic Parmesan aioli. This is my second time here and I am an even bigger fan now that I see how much my kids are eating and enjoying this. The restaurant is clean, the menu is simple, the prices are goodand everything is tasty. The fries were so good I went back for another order. It's an order then find your seat type of dining establishment. You receive a pager and pick up your food at the counter once it buzzes. You can fill up your beverage with water or a soft drink at the drink station while you wait. Both times we visited, our food came out rather quickly. The Kangam Wings were the fave with the addicting sweet sauce. We couldn't get enough. The Panko Crusted Tenders were the second fave. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Delish. The Korean BBQ bowl was decent, but meat was a bit on the tough side and could have used a dash of more flavor. The Q10 sandwich was tasty and filling. The matcha soft serve was very light on the flavor but adding a lot of Oreo powder (went up for a more) helped. Matcha ice cream - delicious! and while they do offer oreo sprinkles, it comes in shaker that was very difficult to get anything out of. Got a lunch to go from here and everything we got remained surprisingly crunchy by the time we ate it at home. The brioche bread was a nice complement, adding a slightly sweet bite of carbs, plus the pickled radish and sauce all came together nicely. It did become a little too sweet by the end of the sandwich, since it was a good size, but the first few bites were impressive. Buffalo chicken sandwich: If you're looking for something spicy, this is a good one. It's not as strong as traditional buffalo sauce, which pleasantly surprised me, but it had a great kick to it. Seoul Nashville chicken wings: These were HOT - the first few bites were just deliciously savory and spicy, but after eating a couple pieces plus eating it with the buffalo chicken sandwich, things became a little too hot to handle. It had great flavor though and they were generous with the sauce or chili crisp they put on top of each piece. Fries: These were surprisingly good after a ride home. I'm sure they lost some of their crunch but 10Q Chicken coats them with something before frying, or it might be a double fry. Walked past this spot on our way back to our hotel one night and decided to try it the next day. Definitely wish I could package it up and take it back to California with me. Both orders of chicken were really good and crispy. We had ranch, bbq and kangnam as dipping sauces. Since it's downtown, parking may be limited but the area is very walkable. Insanely Delicious food, huge portions. and the best staff and service you will ever meet in a restaurant (kudos to Andrew for delivering the best customer service anybody could every hope for from any restaurant out there - just makes you feel so special being a customer of 10Q). Ive tried almost everything on the menu in a couple of visits now, and nothing is disappointing. In fact everything is incredibly fresh and crave worthy. My favorites would be the 10Q chicken sandwich and the fire bowl, but their salad, Katsu bowl, tenders, fries, are all perfectly made and super cravable. I would repeat order everything on the menu. They use amazing quality chicken that is full of flavor. Just wow! The restaurant has a pleasant ambience and is immaculately maintained. They are even accommodating with my request for all the sauces and topping on the side so I could heat it up at home without things getting soggy! The 10Q sandwich had a good balance of sweet/vinegar from the pickled radish along with the creamy togarashi mayo. Fries are very tasty and addictive especially when paired with their garlic aioli. The wings were very meaty which I appreciated with their signature sauce but I didn't feel wowed by them like I typically do with Korean fried chicken. You order at the counter and wait, and it takes a little bit (10-15 mins) because they freshly prepare everything to order. There are a few options, from sandwiches to wings to tenders to bowls. Each of them you can choose between a few styles. I got the chili buffalo sandwich. It had just enough kick to it and the flavors were amazing. Please open one of these in the city! I read on their website that the name 10q was a play on the phrase "Thank you", which I now can fully relate to as I legit had to pause and send out my gratitude to the universe for the existence of fried chicken as whole after taking a couple of bites. Legit. It was only but by the power of Grayskull that I was able to refrain from doing this aloud. Don't judge me. That sandwich... I feel like they must marinate the chicken in a wonderful concoction of buttermilk, love, and smooth jazz. That's the only way it could be that tender and yet the coating be so delightfully crispy. Not greasy, nor a tooth-cracking hard crunch. It had a golden satisfying crisp that lets you know it's there, but isn't the main act.
