I have been going to 10gym for around 10 years and honestly I love it. This gym has a few dated machines that need to be updated but it's only a FEW. The equipment is well maintained and moves fluidly. The weights are pretty good, the only thing you have to watch out for is 2 different styles of 45 plates and they are not the same weight. One style plate feels like 45 and one style feels maybe 5 lbs heavier. With that being said I just take a few extra seconds and make sure my weight plates match each side. The staff is very friendly and do not be intimidated by the gym goers, we're all here for one reason or another just do your thing! read more

This is a 5 Star Gym in all aspects, but one. It is a clean facility with equipment to facilitate a good exercise program. Tuesday -Sunday everything is super great. My 1 star rating is due to the Fact over the last 2 months, Monday Mornings are a hit and miss, as to when they will be open. The fact that they don't open on time causes many of us to miss our regular exercise. Management doesn't seem to be able to correct the situation. Hopefully this is not an indicator of future performance. read more

Midwest City, OK Wifi is awful, some broken treadmills, Very old weight equipment on north side of building. App doesn't work for the tv on the treadmill, all the remotes for the television need batteries. Basically everything they tell you to get you to sign up is not true. Trainer was very rude on my one free session, I told him I didn't want to hire a trainer, he told me I wouldn't reach my goals if I didn't hire a trainer and wouldn't show me how to use machins, he told me to just look at the pictures. read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Buy gym equipment. Called October 2023 to cancel, was told how to but now I'm being told they didn't do it correctly. To corporate and the management this is our fault. Not sure why I'm being blamed for their employee not being trained or knowledgeable on how to cancel a membership. Typical gym that doesn't let you cancel, just sucking your bank account dry. I would like to think they train their employees to just cancel the membership and make you month to month even when you clearly say you want to no longer pay. No care to the patrons of the gym that need to save money. read more

I had a great learning experience today with Terrill. He is an amazing trainer. I walked into this gym with hopes of making a difference in my life but honestly being very unsure if I could. meeting with Terrill definitely made it possible for me to make this change I needed to make! Let me preface by saying I'm 25, 5'2 145lbs. I'm not fit, but that's why I joined a gym. However, after my meeting with John the Fitness Manager I'll be switching to another gym. My meeting with John began with him saying "you're metabolism is slowing down, you're not getting any younger" Again... 25. This is not how you get people to sign up for a personal trainer. This is not how you motivate people to work out. This is how you get people to pay more money at another gym because they don't feel comfortable at yours. read more

Could be much better if the equipment was better maintained and they were actually open 24 hours as claimed. They're open 24 hours 3 days a week (tue-thur) and partial or no hours at all on holidays. read more

I'm not quite sure what's up with all the negative reviews about 10Gym, but they all seem overly exaggerated. The staff is always friendly and the gym is always clean. I can only assume that this was before I started working out there, which was around two years ago. If you are expecting a mega-gym for $10 a month (or $20 a month, in my case), you need to work on your unrealistic expectations for the amount paid. There is tons of cardio equipment (treadmills, bikes, elliptical and a couple stair machines) and the free weight/barbell area (where I spend most of my time) is better than what you'd expect for a 'cheap' gym. There are three squat racks, three bench press benches, two incline benches, one decline bench and one seated overhead press bench. I'm sure I'm forgetting something, but that's the least of what's there. There are also two 45 degree leg press machines in the area. There is no deadlift platform, but I've never seen anyone get talked to for deadlifting in front of the squat racks. Plenty of dumbbells and around five benches in that area. Two smith machines (I think, I never use them, so I don't pay attention). The free weight area has a lot of hammer strength machines separate from the 'weight machine' area on the other side of the gym. The weight machine area has pretty much everything you'd want, and sometimes two of them. There's plenty of cable machines, too, one of which being an six-station machine. It does get a little stuffy in the summertime, but... it's a gym, not a comfy office space. It's never been unbearable. If you don't like sweating at the gym, you probably aren't there for the right reasons anyhow. And this is coming from someone who is not a fan of the hot weather. Locker rooms are pretty basic, though they do have a dry sauna and showers. Can't say much about the showers, I usually work out after work and come home to my own shower. They have classes that come with the membership, but I've never actually taken one, so I can't say much. Everyone seems to be having fun, though. There is a yearly fee, so watch out for that, but all in all, for what little you are paying you are getting a pretty decent gym. read more

I have been working out at 10 Gym for several years. Since the virus started I have been watching the staff and I have been totally amazed at how professional the manager and staff are. I was worried about the cleanliness of the gym. I have never seen a staff that work as diligently as they do to keep the gym clean and virus free. I was gong to stop going to the gym because of the virus, but if someone catch the virus at 10 Gym it want be because of the equipment not being totally sterilized. I would recommend this gym to anyone looking for safe place to work out. Keep up the good work 10Gym. read more

I am an active military member and I went in and told them the day I graduate and then move to my next duty station. They tell me that it would be canceled the day I leave. However that is not the case currently still getting a lot of money out of account for a gym i don't use and personal trainer i do not have anymore due to me moving to overseas. I have sent them my orders when it states the graduation date of me leaving the country and all the information needed and still they have not canceled my membership or personal trainer and have not refunded me. read more

The gym is clean, equipment is good and in working order, the staff is helpful and inviting. We come from a top notch gym in CA and are quite satisfied with this facility. The price is right, classes are very good, and my wife and I see a personal trainer 2 times weekly. We have been accustomed to working out 4-5 days a week and are not disappointed here. We're both over age 70 and give it our best. read more

10Gym is everything you want in a neighborhood gym. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and always attentive. I often see them in the gym, working out hard, on their days off...so the live what they preach. I especially appreciate the fact that they will take the time necessary to instruct on the proper use of equipment. I've only had my membership for a few days at 10Gym but I am extremely satisfied this far!! They have a ton of equipment and classes. The staff are all very friendly. If you need to get in with a personal trainer I highly recommend getting an assessment with John! He is the head trainer there and helped me get on a great fitness path! read more

Most gyms are just equipment, what makes the difference are the people, and Zack and the crew at the MWC 10 Gym are great! They care about your goals, whether your bulking up or just want to do some cardio and need to know how a piece of equipment works they take the time and have the expertise to help you get it right. This Gym is an Absolute disaster. The Staff is unfriendly. The Equipment is always dirty. Not to mention the management is extremely incompetent. Of course you get what you pay for. You are better off shelling out a few more Dollars for Planet Fitness or the Local YMCA. read more

Its not a very good gym. They dont have enough benches, the ones they do have are old and not adjustable. They do have one decent power rack, but the equipment is so close, that if you want to change plates and someone is use the rack next to you, you need to wait til they finish. It gets very crowded in the evening. My cost is $10.83 monthly, and and annual charge of $49.00. They say the $49.00 goes to fund new equipment, but there is nothing new in that gym. Everything is very, very old. Some of the cardio stuff is modern. The dumbells are falling apart, most all of the pulley machines do not operate smoothly. If you want a cheap, minimally functional gym, this is your only option. If you want something nice, with good equipment. This is not the place. Its not horrible, but it is terrible. Also, they use ABC as they payment processor, and they suck based on past experience. The best way to cancel is give the proper notice, then cancel the card that you were using to pay them, that way you can avoid any errant charges. read more

This gym has stepped up its game. They've replaced the old management with new and friendly people that know what they're doing and actually like to help you and improve the gym any way they can. Every time I go, it's clean and they've replaced and added better equipment. If you're looking for a welcoming, well- ran gym, try this one or give it a second chance now that there's good people in it! read more

This place is horrid, the kids at the desk can't do a damn thing to help! Durning the sign up the girl lied her ass off about the cans and can'ts, so the second month when I decided to downgrade like I was told I could do when signing the agreement I was told I couldn't and would have to wait a year. I even had to have a meeting with the manager in regaurds to my contract and being lied to about it. The year is up and now they are tring to charge me another annual fee with out notice and I had already told them the second month durning the meeting and the phone call I was done when the contract was over. It's hard to get anything done with this horrible company because you have to do everything on the phone regarding the contract so apparently the managers are just for looks! I have had nothing but problems from the start. I filled my term agreement so it didn't go on my credit now they are pulling this, you got your money for my contract year now leave let me go! 10gym - Gyms Near Me - Midwest City, Oklahoma

I just signed up for this gym maybe a month ago, and I usually don't do this type of thing, but I have to voice my complaint! I usually come in on the weekends or before my shift since I work down the street. Every time I come in, if the receptionist is there she is always on her phone and seems like the last thing she wants to do is help me with a question, and most the time it seems like she is making it up as she goes along. So I always ask one of the other staff cleaning, and they actually take the time to go out of there way to help. The gym itself is pretty clean and is a great deal for 10$ a month. read more

This gym is very dirty and the general manager is very rude. The trainers are ok though. The kids fun zone smells like poop and the chubby worker in there I'm pretty sure oaths root of the cause. Recommend golds gym or four star fitness. Literally feel like I contracted something when I went here. read more

This place is overly crowded. No one wipes down their machines which is just gross. The staff aren't helpful, just always on their phones. They have a decent amount of equipment. The classes are just okay. The yoga is just for new people, they never do anything more advanced for people who go to the class daily. read more

Ok I'm doing a revised review because this business is very reasonable. I am military and they were very understanding when it came to ending my contract with them. They called me personally to hear why I ended it because they felt my opinion mattered. If you are military on orders you don't have their buy-out fee. They take care of their military members so if you are it's a good gym. Their gym is pretty good and has a ton of cardio equipment. It has classes too and (speaking from experience) their Zumba classes are SO FUN. Overall the gym is nice and the staff is very friendly. Very reasonable business and prices to match. read more

I came in to check out this gym as a potential place to help get my Dad motivated and in shape. They had a ton of great equipment and impressed me with the amount of squat stations/power racks they had. That said I would have signed us both up in a heart beat if it didn't smell like mildew so bad. After asking about the smell I found out it's because they wash the carpets( which is good to know) but they don't seem to get enough time to dry adequately due to gym hours. My fix for this would be to take out the carpet and put in gym flooring or stall mats which dry faster when cleaned and can be done in sections. If this change is made I'd join up quick and I'm sure others would too. With staph infections a very serious thing, if a place has a smell people get weary, not to mention it does make it harder to breath. Everything else about the gym seemed pretty good for a gym of its price. read more

I've been a member ever since the gym transferred over from "All American Fitness" and I haven't had any problems nor do I have any complaints! The assistant manager Zach is a very nice and polite guy. I always see everyone else that works there doing their job. I'm always greeted when I come in and when I leave. I even see people cleaning the equipment on a regular basis. Plus there are plenty of person trainers around if you need one. This gym offers a lot for an affordable price. Was surprised after I hadn't been in a while when I was charged a $54 annual fee by the gym. Wish there was an email warning to let me know it was coming out. Always read the fine print. read more

I'm leaving this gym 1 star & I wish I could leave them 0. The service I received while I went there was sub-par & even though I had the " no contract " plan it has taken me over a year & a half to terminate this membership. To add insulted to injury not only did they keep charging me after I had tried to terminate but they had hidden fees they didn't tell us about they just went ahead & took the money out of our accounts. This gym is awful. There isn't any circulation whatsoever and it always feel really stuffy and dirty. The water fountains are luke-warm. The only scale is in the middle of where everyone can see you. At least put one in the locker rooms? There is barely any room to do ab workouts. They do have a large room but there are always classes in it. The staff isn't always the friendliest either. I've literally lost 70 pounds by myself (so I know how to workout correctly) and one of the guys at the front came up to me while I was doing leg lifts and told me I was doing them wrong. He was also with two other guys so it was really embarrassing. He did suggest how to do them "correctly" but it was just really annoying and rude. He was also over-weight himself so I don't understand how he would know the "correct" way to do leg lifts. I've cancelled my membership here and would NEVER go here again. I feel so uncomfortable around the staff and just in the gym in general. There are plenty of other better gyms around here to go to. read more
