This will be my third time getting my color done with Taryn and I can confirm that she NEVER…read moredisappoints! Great service from start to finish. Everyone was extremely friendly! I waited for about two minutes then was seated at the chair where Taryn asked me about what I wanted. I showed her pictures for reference and she gave me her input. After consulting, she got to work! We did a red balayage, cut & blow dry. See video for hair transformation!! They made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way and in the end I loved my results!! Price is average. I paid about $400 with tip. Great salon to get your hair transformed!

Unprofessional. My "stylist" Patricia after 11 years decides she no longer wants to do my hair. I…read moretried to get an explanation as to why. She wouldn't answer my texts. She wouldn't see me in person. She called from the salon late in afternoon. It was very noisy in background and she was speaking FAST. I could only hear something about negativity. I have moderate to severe hearing loss coupled with severe tinnitus. She wouldn't let me say anything as she spoke so fast. I managed to ask her not to put words in my mouth, which she rejected and kept uttering words I could barely hear. I had wanted to originally speak to her about the color of my hair she did a full hilight on. There was no way she would speak to me. When I asked her if she would see me one last time, she said she didn't want to "touch my head" I have never complained about her in 11 years. I've been going to her every 7or 8 weeks consistently. I even wrote the owner of the salon Taryn. Her response back was only that she has the right to choose who she wants to service. I get that. She neglected to address that I couldn't hear/understand WHY?! Very unprofessional in my opinion. Thankfully I have found someone who actually gave my hair some style, nice color and way less expensive. I had no idea my type of hair could be styled in any other way than she had for all those years. My new stylist has 30 years of experience, so maybe that's what made the difference. This unprofessional "break up" was a blessing in disguise.

Amazing experience! Two friends recommended this spot, and it's easy to see why. Making an…read moreappointment was super easy via text, where I sent photos of what I wanted and the current situation with my hair. Once I arrived, Gen (my stylist/owner) and I discussed all the different routes we could go and what would be better for my lifestyle and how regularly I planned to upkeep. It was a long process (highlights, toner, color, cut, blow dry), but she was extremely gracious and kind throughout. I even asked if we could take some length off, which was way more than the trim I originally asked for and she was very accommodating. The end result was amazing - exactly what I wanted and a true testament to her coloring expertise as my hair is now so dimensional and fun! I felt well taken care of and the vibe here is awesome (chic decor and amazing music playlist). The stylists are truly incredible, as they really care about what they're doing and making sure their clients look and feel their best. It's located in a shopping center right on Bird Road, so there's parking available right out front. Will definitely be coming back!

She listened to all of my concerns and brought my "novela hair" back to life! I haven't seen my hair look this good or healthy in 10 years. The vibe of the employees and the place itself is so me (the decor and funny/sarcastic little decorative sayings-well, it felt like home). They have gained one new and long time customer & will recommend to all of my friends.

Iza is genuinely the best hair stylist I've ever been to. I've had so many haircut horror stories…read morethat I honestly almost gave up on having good hair entirely, I cried after every salon visit for the past decade. But Iza is so insanely talented and ahead of her years, she's so understanding and really takes the time to understand what you truly want and bring it to life. She has the true eye of an artist, taking every moment to carve out the layers you wanted, the shape that you asked for, and she does the finishing touches with such a careful hand and observing eye to make sure every single hair is the way you want it. She did my first big chop in a decade on me, letting me know that i needed to lose a lot of length in order to get my hair back to a healthy state, and even though I didnt intend on cutting my hair short- the cut she gave me was the best cut I've had honest to god in my whole life. I finally understand why they say hair is therapy. I will be going to only Iza from now on, if you want an alternative hairstyle, textured layers, or something specific- especially if you need your trust in hairstylists restored- see Iza now!

Decided to finally get a haircut from a stylist after being traumatized from a previous experience…read moreelsewhere. I believe there are stylists there who should maybe still be practicing under direct supervision... The stylist I had made some choices that added up into an unfortunate experience and outcome. Mainly, resulting in a tragic bang moment right before a big event . I felt I had communicated pretty clearly about my fears, what I was wanting- especially with the bangs. Generally, I've always been under the impression that it's better to cut wet bangs longer than intended, so you can go in and fix after the blow dry. Unfortunately, my bangs were cut /very/ short and.... Looked even /shorter/ after the blow dry . This was heartbreaking, as I had communicated and received a verbal confirmation on desired length. I saved up $100 for this, so I definitely feel more than a bit bummed. Hair grows back, but I am still working on making peace with looking like a troll doll, lmao.
