the property manager is awful, and everyone he hires is just as incompeten, PEOPLE GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING! no matter how convincing the office assistants are GET IT IN WRITING even if it means getting in writing the fact that they are "promising" you that you will need to wait for something as simple as a bill to pay your last few days of residency at the property, this company is so cheap and desperate that they will charge a $50 and upward "late fee" over them promising you that they'll send you a letter to tell you exactly how much to pay and then they'll seem dumbfounded and ask "do you have that in writing?", that's their best excuse for the other employees lack of competence and business awareness. GET IT ALL IN WRITING, and be prepared to work with a lawyer, also the apartments are extremely old and no matter how much renovation they do, something will always break down, they take forever t9 do anything, the staff is not friendly (that is after the fact of you signing your lease, before then they're "great", they'll love to get you signed up for a lease then rip you off) I'm not the only person this has happened to, and I won't be the last, I know several people that are seeing their option with lawyers, karma is real and I do believe its such a matter of time for this corrupt company. read more
