I REALLY don't know why they only have 1 star. Junior is the best, and keeps the atmosphere super friendly. Coming here for anything Vape Related is easily the best choice around, theres always new flavors, and constant low prices..PLUS AN ENTIRE F*King WALL TO CHOOSE FROM. It's like coming into a friends store or hanging out with family. 100% customer satisfaction 100% SMOKE SHOP. (If you've read this far tell Junior Sarah said put a couch in there. ;) ) read more

I really can't say enough about this smoke shop it's the employee (Ross) and the prices that make it so great! I have been to all the smoke shops in banning/beaumont and this one not only is the cheapest but an absolute pleasure to go into! The young man -Ross working there greets me always by asking how i'm doing and how am i feeling and i absolutely find comfort in that! always a smile and has ordered what i needed. I have found my smoke shop! read more

Don't go here they sell broken vape carts and don't replace them!!!! Also lady only took cash with no receipt

the best store in the city very nice place to shop Good customer service easy to deal with read more

Rebecca is the main reason I keep 'forgetting' my lighter at home so I have an excuse to come back. She's super pleasant, knows her stuff, and makes buying rolling papers feel like a full comedy set. 10/10 would loiter here again just to chat with her read more

Nice place.. the workers are very respectful and very helpful large variety to choose from a different items.

Terrible product. Terrible prices. Terrible services. I would zero rate this business if I could. There service is subpar and their products are cheap-made krap. Not recommended. There are far better places in Banning, CA, and Beaumont, CA. If you can, avoid this place at all cost. I would zero rate them, if it was allowed. NOT RECOMMENDED!!! read more

Called inquiring about a disposable I've been looking for and was called a bitch. Do not recommend.

Idk how this place functions, prices are definitely marked up and customer service is horrible. As a woman I wouldn't advise any other woman to come in here. It's like they don't want business. IDK everyone behind the counter is rude and weird. read more

Bought a vape 3 days ago and it already came apart and called to tell them and was told they have no refund and no exchange do not recommend this place at all. read more

They sold me a USED vape tank. They knew I was a person who wasn't very advanced in vaping like I am now and took advantage of that. Also don't ever trust a smoke shop that sells brass knuckles. Somethings definitely going on in that place that they are hiding probably drugs. read more

I had been to this shop a couple of times before and the persons who attended to me were friendly and helpful. This time I had to go in for a new mod and a young man that I had not seen on the previous visits attended to me. He sold me a new mod and I thought that was that but, when I got home and put it to use it had some battery issues. I put the accessories back in the box and brought it back to the shop. Long story short, the same young man attended to me again, mentioned that they don't usually do exchanges once the product was used but he did for me and I was thankful. I have just moved back to So Cal from Colorado after a decades long absence and the vape shops there are regulated a bit different and are not really combined with smoke shops. It has been my experience there, that they all had a return policy if the product was defective. I would recommend that 100% Smoke shop have a return policy as well, even if it's just case by case. Of course I know iit'sa small business and people could take advantage and come in like they got a cold Big Mac at McDonalds. Otherwise it's a good little shop with good selection and in my opinion better than the 3 shops I visited in Beaumont and Banning this morning before I hit up 100% Smoke. I had read the bad reviews before writing this but for me these guys are OK and I shall be returning. read more

Overall, always a great experience and the cheapest prices around! Great shop to visit! read more

Excellent experience here. Was driving by when I started to feel tired and needed to stop for a break. Decided to go in to grab some smokes and the people working here were friendly and attentive. They helped explain some of the new gizmos and trends and left with more than i had originally planned to buy. Couldn't be happier with the service as well as the new device I picked up from them. A+++. I would definitely recommend this shop for any locals or passer buyers coming from Palm Springs or Cabazon outlets. read more

Best service hands down. Junior is amazing, and hes always there when I need him. He deserves a gold medal for his customer service.

Worst smoke shop ever. The guy doesnt even know how to do simple math like figuring out how old you are. Even with the ID and a magnifying glass he still couldn't do it. Who knows if hes charging people right. Dont bother coming in here, NOT WORTH IT!!!!!! LEARN SIMPLE MATH OR DONT BE A STORE OWNER. read more
