I would definitely recommend Abacus bail bonds over any bonds company in Houston! Gigi the main contact was nothing but helpful anytime I called & had any questions about my court date, payments or checking in. She and Spencer were also very helpful while at the courthouse. This was all new to me so I am very thankful for their guidance. I also got to meet the owner, Chris and speak with him personally. He too went above and beyond my expectations. Long story short, if you're in need of a bonding company Abacus Bail Bonds is the only way to go! Again, thank you Gigi, Spencer & Chris for making a stressful and scary situation a "positive" one! You guys rock!

Don't let the small portable building fool you--this is a legitimate, professional business. Sylvia answered my first call, and then the next, and the next. No matter how many questions I had, she never made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. I never felt rushed or dismissed. She patiently walked me through all the paperwork, explained the process, and assured me she would take it from there. And she absolutely did. From start to finish, she was knowledgeable, responsive, and compassionate during a stressful situation. I'm hoping I never need a bail bond company again, but if I do, HTown Bail Bonds will be my first call. I highly recommend Sylvia and the team at HTown Bail Bonds.

Right off the bat, the lady on the phone was so informative and polite. She took the time to explain the process and how everything worked. I really had no idea so much went into posting bail for someone. Once I was in the office, the paperwork process was very simple and fast. They turned in my brother's bond for me so that I wouldn't have to wait inline myself which I thought was great. The jail took forever to release him, but luckily I had their office checking on him while we waited. So far they have been great to me and my brother, they do reminders for court ( which is very helpful!) and are always willing to work with him with him checking in with their office. Not saying it in the wrong way, but I hope I won't ever have to use their service again. But in case I do need another bond in the future I definitely know who I am calling first.

Once all the paperwork is signed-its a pretty fast release process. The only thing I can say I was a little leary about was a contract stating that as a signer on someone's bond, you could be criminally charged if said person missed court. I'm not sure why they have this implicated but I called my trusted lawyer, Mr. Dees, and found it to be a "scare" tactic. They just want to do honest business with honest people. I can respect that. Thanks, Michael!!
