I like them, good for the price. The person who was working on me was doing another ladies as-well but he was quick with both of us so no complains about the service. My nail design on one hand was good the other hand was good too but could be better. I have always gotten quality service & products with outstanding appearance. Always made comfortable for services.

1. My nails were shaped completely uneven and jagged. 2. The nails that were shaped correctly, had a french tip painted on unevenly. 3. I repeatedly had to tell the guy to paint my whole nail. Polish didn't even go side to side! 4. I asked for a SIMPLE design, (3 lines straight across) on 2 nails of each hand. I was told my acrylic nails were to small for this. Really??? 5. He finally did decide to do the most SIMPLE lines I had asked for, and it looked like my child had painted my nails. 6. The other lady working there said they looked good- after barely even looking at them when she was taking my $60. 7. No color samples to look at. You have to open the bottles to see the colors as the bottles are white and the label is not even close to the actual color. Definitely do NOT recommend this place. Sloppy work and they only care about getting the next person in the chair. Hard to believe people even go to this place. Save your money. read more

You get what you pay for and this place is cheap for a reason. Fast? Yes! Good? Not at all. I had black polish on before heading in for a fill. The nail tech said he couldn't get it off and filled acrylic on top of traces of black polish. I only got a top coat over the fill so that I could fix them when I got home. He never asked me what shape I wanted or if I wanted them shortened. Apparently that's because he had no intentions of doing either. The whole visit cost me 16 bucks which is nice but the finished product was horrible. My usual nail salon has been booked and I popped in here for a quick fix and will never be back. I am in town working and this place was open on a Sunday; which is apparently rare here. They were fast, thorough and very good. Even with someone ahead of me I got a really good gel manicure quickly. I continued coming here while I am in town. Really good prices as well. read more

Worst nail salon I have ever visited. Big sign on window says fills $15. When u get in there is $ 5 charge for everything including have having gel removal. Did a terrible job on my nails because I mentioned I had never paid for that before. Was shocked at service n attitude of staff. Didn't ask if I wanted gel back on just gave me painted nails when I asked about gel he was rude n told me $10 up charge which I understand but was so rude I just wanted to get out of there Really bad experience. First time and last time I will ever go here. Nail technician clipped my toenails excessively short and then continue to file them down even further to the point that she blistered two of my toes. Very disappointed in the service. When she painted my nails she covered the skin around the nail with a clear polish. She then only put one coat of Polish on my nail. I don't think it's going to last. I had to go home and remove the clear polish off of my skin. Very disappointed. read more

As a Viet girl, I have tons of family members who own nail shops. You could say I have high standards.. My best friend's wedding was the next day and I was in a big rush to get my nails looking glam af. I didn't get an appointment beforehand, but I waited no longer than 10 minutes. I was warmly greeted by the workers and they made sure I was comfortable while I waited. When I got to my turn, I had sooooooo many colors to choose from.. Sorry if I took forever!! I ended up with peach gel nails, and the process was more than satisfactory. I will definitely come here again if I stop by the surrounding area again! read more

the people here are very nice though not very talkative to the customers. They also seem very low on staff which kinda causes them to rush which is never good, but i didn't really get what i wanted, the nails are pretty boxy looking and they are pretty aggressive. The best is the price which starts at $25 for a set then will increases based on what you want. i feel like if you are very very explanatory they will do an ok job. read more

Well, I guess this place has four stars because they only had four reviews. I should have stayed away. The lady was really rough and I had to continue asking her to correct my nails. The finished set were horrible, I will never come back. I wanted to walk back in and have them take them off but there would've been a wait. I'm so disappointed in this place and their service. The people are so nice and they do fantastic work on my nails and making sure I get what I want in there the price is not bad at all for what I get and I'm always coming in for a full set and I'm i lovs with my nails when I leave!! Very fast but terrible job. They were so rough and my fingers are very sore and ugly. They did not file them correctly they are all different lengths. Some are skinny and some are boxed. And I have never paid 20.00 extra for gel polish. This is one place I do not reccomend and will never go back to. read more

Mom and I went to 1 Nails as their hours include Sunday (which is great!). The pedicures were rushed and the lady got dremel happy and about took my nails off... Painful. My favorite part is usually the massage which was 30 seconds, rushed and not relaxing. My mom's big toe was so tender that the nail broke off before we even left. The guy who did the manicures was very nice but unfortunately, after sitting under the light to dry for the appropriate time, there were already chips in the paint. I came in for a pedi on a Sunday at 3. There were only 2 employees. I was seated with the friend I came with almost immediately in our pedi chairs but then had to sit and wait with our feet in the water for at least 20 minutes. I got my pedi first while my friend's feet sat in the water an additional 15 minutes. My nails were rushed, she was rough with the filing and massaging, and filed too short because she never asked how I wanted them cut or whether I wanted them rounded or squared. I was disappointed in the service. I understand that they were busy, but I would have much rather waited in the waiting area for 10-20 minutes for a less rushed and uncomfortable pedicure. read more

I always go to her every time and she makes sure that everything is up to my standards and I am completely satisfied. DONT GO!!!! BEWARE My daughter and her friend went to this place to get her nails done for her graduation. They were told a price for the nails. They got done with the nails and my daughters look like a 2yo did them they were crooked and you could sand a 2x4 with them. Her friends were brused and bleeding. The lady was rude and the girls were scared to say anything then when they paided they were overcharged and the lady wouldnt refund the charge. My daughter was crying she was so upset so i went in and the lady kept saying she didnt see anything wrong with the nails. She said they dont refund any $ because "we are running a business and we dont give $ back ever even if she was over charged" my daughter could hold her hand up and from across the room anyone with eyes could see they were very badly crooked . If i could post pics on here i would of her friends bruises and the crooked nails. Dont go they are a scam and will jack up your nails. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!! No stars at all! Did a terrible job on my nails.. When I told the owner I was unhappy, she didn't even respond, after saying something a second time, she told me I could come back...after I had been there for 3 hours already! Ended up going back...no place else open and I had an event to go to. All they did was put another coat of paint on, never repaired sloppy acrylic job. So a week later I removed polish to repaint myself, because they still looked awful, and I have NAIL FUNGUS!!! Called salon, they refuse to give me my money back, they said they provided a service, and I had to pay for it. They did not provide any service...they did a very sloppy job of applying acrylic, an even more sloppy job of painting my nails, and they obviously are using unsterilized equipment, because I also ended up with nail fungus. They are cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for! Save yourself the time, trouble and aggravation, go to a real salon! read more
