When I went into our local Walking on a Cloud store, they did not have all the styles I was looking…read morefor. I went onto their web site and found a pair of winter boots I liked. They came in a timely manner but they ended up being too small. When I went to return them, I was advised since I ordered them on line, I would have to get approval to return them on line. Once this approval was sent, I could only return them to certain locations. Unfortunately these locations were over an hour drive to get to. My last option was to pay to ship them to a North York address. Of course this cost me over $30 by using Canada Post to return these boots. I guess it was my fault not to thoroughly investigate their return policy but figured since most stores had a return to a store policy in place. This company would have the same. I was sadly mistaken.

My email to the shop:…read more Hey there, I was just in your shop at 3 pm and live in the Charlie West building directly behind you. I want to say that I normally have great service, but the blond lady with glasses let me into your shop the front as always, and then another customer (she may have known), where she also let him in. She decided instead of serving me, had to have a conversation with him and ignored me completely! She then took his order after the conversation, proceeded to check him out. The gentlemen that she was serving when she was giving him the total, even had the professionalism to say to her, " I believe this gentlemen was before me". I would of been good with some version of an apology even knowing she purposely served him first, as they were pretty friendly. No apology and a bit of an attitude, so I said no thanks. I am not sure if I would go back even though I can walk out my front door. She should be aware that I was buying all of my buddies a bag of gummies for Christmas, and really should of been a bit more professional. Thx for listening

These guys are amazing…read more We moved into a really old house when we got to cambridge and pretty much every light fixture needed to be replaced. In total, we have purchased 6 fixtures and couldn't be more pleased with them and the service we received from the staff. First we bought a fixture for our kitchen that didn't work well in the space. The shoppe was more than willing to take take it back even though it was opened and they worked with us to find a better piece. The next time we were there we bought s few more fixtures, including a large one fir our dinning room. After a few weeks we noticed that the organza on the shade was pealing off. I was a bit irritated by this but when I called to complain the staff were amazing and ordered me two more! Not only this, they trusted me enough that I didn't even have to bring in the original shade. I've never seen this type of service. I was very impressed, now I refer everyone there :)
