I explained the services i needed and he got back to me in a timely manner, letting me know his firm could do the job. The other two companies did not return my call for three days. This was on a Friday. On Monday, he had staff at my place of business. They were there on time, professional, and did their job wonderfully. They represented Nob Hill well, and they represented my company as well. Complicating matters , I had to extend the contract for a week, again, with little lead time. Owen was able to accommodate my request and again, his staff showed up, on time, the entire time, and watched over our business very professionally. This company is not the cheapest but i think you get what you pay for. I definitely got my money's worth. I will use Owen and his company every time i'm in need of guard services in the future.

I have not used this coming for security services and based on how I witnessed one of the employees…read moreact today I would NEVER use them! I live in San Jose and was driving on the 880 freeway and witnessed the driver of the security vehicle get into a road rage incident with a civilian in another vehicle. The driver was sticking his head out of the window screaming GO at the civilian. He then began to drive erratically swerving in and out of lanes almost causing multiple accidents. The security driver then pulled off to the shoulder cutting of the civilian forcing him to come to a stop on the shoulder of the freeway. The security driver got out of his car and began approaching the civilian driver. He was yelling and screaming and throwing his arms wildly in the air! I believed I was going to witness a fight on the side of the roadway. The civilian driver looked very scared and frantically but his car in reverse and was able to get out of there before the security driver approached his vehicle. Very traumatic for me to witness on my morning commute. When I called the security office to report what I witnessed the gentleman who answered the phone said he immediately knew which driver I was talking about and said the situation will be taken care of. Scary to think someone who is supposed to serve and protect is starting road rage fights on the freeway. Think twice before using this company for service.

A much larger security firm hired by our building management company was a no-show! I was referred to Riley at Rambo by a neighboring business and he got right on the job, that night. Although our needs are not full-time nor on-going, Riley and his team stays in communication with my neighbors and I because you can tell he cares about the overall security of our neighborhood, not just our building. I would recommend Riley and his team to anyone in or near our neighborhood because of the quality of his team, attention to true customer service and fair prices that only a smaller, local company can provide.
