We attempted to bring this to the attention of management, but there was no one on-site (this is Friday, by the way, in the middle of the morning). We attempted to contact customer service and it took 4 attempts to get a human being on the line. The human being on the line was unbelievably unhelpful. Customer service reps at this company apparently cannot see which additional units are available or whether such units might be damaged. After a 30-minute-long, mind-numbing, bang-your-head-against-the-wall-type phone call, we were given another unit ... which also contained water damage. They apparently could not bring a manager to the site so we were told to come back for a scheduled appointment the next day (which was inconvenient as we had brought out items in a rental van with meter running). Given this hellish experience, and the sad, regret-filled looks on all the other consumers who we saw on-site, I would strongly recommend searching elsewhere for storage needs. By the way - beware, there is also a 'one time administration fee', which is mysterious, never explained, and, of course, non-refundable.

Also, despite posted hours until 9 p.m., access is cut off earlier, and I was even warned for being there close to closing. Be cautious--what seems like a good deal upfront may not stay that way.

Someone stole the jack, which cost me approximately $300. After reporting it, I was informed that the exterior parking area is not covered by the security cameras. That was a complete surprise to me. When a facility promotes security, most customers reasonably expect the outdoor storage area to be monitored as well. To make matters worse, I moved out and misunderstood the move-out/sign-out process. Despite no longer using the space, I'm still being told I'm responsible for July's rent. I contacted corporate hoping someone would work with me, but I got the same scripted responses with no meaningful resolution. Filing a police report weeks after the theft isn't likely to recover my property, and it certainly doesn't change the fact that the area where my trailer was stored wasn't under camera surveillance. So from my perspective, I'm out $300 because my property was stolen, and now the company is still trying to collect another month's rent. I would encourage anyone considering storing equipment or trailers here to ask very specific questions about what areas are actually monitored by security cameras and to get the move-out procedures in writing before leaving. I wish I had. I was hoping for customer service that acknowledged the situation and worked toward a fair resolution. Instead, I was left feeling like recovering rent was a higher priority than addressing a customer's loss.
