The gentleman who installed my shades,, left one side crooked and had to be called back out for another visit to fix it. I also don't like the way the blinds are made. If I had known that these zebra shades would not come all the way together I would not order them for my picture window. I have one larger shade in the middle and two small smaller shades on either side, but there's about an inch gap between each side shades and the middle shade, which lets the sun in. I know they were custom-made so I didn't say anything because they are the blinds I ordered, I just wish the sales person would've been more knowledgeable and told me how this was going to end up. I paid a lot of money for these shades, and I'm not really happy with them, but just have to live with them. Another thing,, the middle shade is already seeming to have a problem when I bring it up it kind of gathers. I sure hope he just doesn't stop working after a short period of time, and I hope there's a warranty on it because it doesn't seem like it's last very long!

This is what I have done to my windows as I have been waiting on my blinds for 3 months in my new house.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! I ordered blinds in Oct 21, 2021. I got them in Nov with the wrong color trim. I'm still waiting for them. It is now January. Still waiting. I have called and they keep saying they will call me back but never do. I have talked to a women Emily who always answers the phone but doesn't do anything or rely any messages, I have talked to a sales manager Jeff, and the owner Craig. All say the same thing not sure what is going on with your order let me find out and I will call you back. Each and every time I call. Don't use this company. They just keep giving you the runaround. They don't call you back. I finally got a call back today Jan 26,2022 after all this time. The store manager Tammy just became aware of my issue and there isn't anything she can do about it. My blinds SHOULD be shipped out today hopefully and once they receive them again, they are not sure when. They will call me to schedule installation once they have been received. They will not give me any compensation or no refunds. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

We bought blinds and we're initially satisfied but after a few weeks the strings started popping. Now several of them do not raise at all. Others are just crooked. We have been waiting 7 months for repair or replacement but nothing but promises.

I was trying to get my blinds in dining room fixed since early October, call after call, promised Thanksgiving then Christmas then..after numerous calls n messages they don't even know who I am in mid January. They had multiple blinds to fix. Early December they finally came to install, I paid in full for one installed blind the others had numerous incorrect parts so more delays. Began the weekly phone call, Ignored again. Finally mid Jan they have the parts. Now I can only call it as I felt but I was being blackmailed by a man named Dan. Never ever met him I don't even know his position. I do know He berated me over and over, demanding a made up $85 fee for a 2nd trip. It was their error they had to come back. I attempted to explain, but told to stop talking, he didn't care to listen, kept saying he knew everything. Confused and mad I refused the fee. He begins to ramble on in an anger attack, about me talking and then, blames us. Yes, we are the real problem. We didn't buy some verticals from them and he is furious . I guess he must be going broke. My small job is nothing . Months of calls delay, zero customer follow-up, now blackmail. They have my parts, they broke several clips and nothing good from this experience.

Dan was very conscientious about his work, making sure everything was done properly. When he was done cleaning them, they looked brand new. He also took the initiative to repair quite a few of them. We are more than satisfied with their work and highly recommend them for any blind or cleaning repairs. They were very pleasant to work with. You will not be disappointed.

We had been wanting and needing window coverings for our loft for some time, but were stymied when it came to knowing where to go. Then I found the booklet, and was pleasantly surprised to find out this business was just a few blocks from our home, so we went to check it out. The shop is owned and operated by Doug Scheibner, and not only is he a window covering guy, he's an interior designer. But the great thing about Doug is that he really listens to what you want, and then he comes to your place and sees what you need, and then he comes up with a plan to make you totally happy. Prices are very reasonable for custom made window coverings. And service is beyond compare ... Doug goes the extra mile for his customers. He is truly a nice guy and a pleasure to do business with.

I strive to support local businesses, especially when I have large home projects to complete (e.g. ordering a few thousand dollars worth of window coverings). I called It's Your Window, spoke to Doug (seemed friendly) and we discussed two potential days for a home visit. He didn't want to schedule right then (which I would have preferred). Instead we agreed he'd call back that Thursday. Never happened, nor did the home visit - not even after I called Doug one more time after being blown off. The best I got was an accidental butt dial the day I called the first time. Things come up, which is why I'm giving 2 stars. Perhaps there was a family emergency (I really hope not). Or maybe he was busy with clients he deemed more important than a new one. Regardless, knowing my need was immediate and my time off was rare, Doug could have cordially declined the job - or offered to schedule another time. Instead he wasted both of my days off by saying he'd come out on one of them, which kept me from scheduling with an another company because I was expecting him. It was very unprofessional, unkind and uncool.
