This place did well on TripAdvisor, but this seemed more of a tourist trap than a good bouchon.
1 star because my steak was overcooked. It wasn't even that nice of a cut... Not exactly sure what cut it was, but it was tough, not very juicy, and some small bits of gristle. The menu is very tripe heavy. The non tripe options are fish soufle, braised sausage, and overcooked steak. If that sounds good to you, then enjoy. The fish soufle is the local specially, but it tastes exactly like it sounds.
Also there was no complimentary digestiv (as is customary in other be bouchon) at the end to help me forget the meal.
The highlight was the man next door who was eating frog, which happens to be one of the only sentences I can day in French. read more
