My family is not from hk but my in-laws are so I notice a significant difference in how service staff treat the two. I am extremely disappointed in this Hyatt and I won't recommend it to anyone. Aside from the staff behavior, the food is good but overpriced. You can get the same quality for much less outside of a hotel.
