Yes, they don't roll the carts during busy time. Yes, there are better Cha Lau in HK. But... Ling Heung Lau... still delivers. We enjoyed the shrimp balls with "why san" - it's a root that's typically used in soup but in HK, access to fresh ones makes delicious dim sum partnering. I also love their "made to order" churn fun, eggplants, peppers, and dumplings. The offerings is extensive and truly, save space for dessert! This building is huge.
