Call was received after 2pm on a Friday, but I was in a meeting and couldn't return a call until later in the day, but unfortunately their office was closed (after 5pm). So I returned them a call first thing the following Monday. Well was told my spot was given to another person. This is the way CitySuper does it's business, treating customers like consumerables. Absolutely rubbish! Poorly Managed. Never ever happened when we were living in another country where Customer Service was a priority...Here, forget it..it's all about TIME AND $$$$. There are typical specials like buy 2-get a certain percentage off for chips which was about $15HKD for 2 bags and a wide array of Asian snacks. There is also a limited selection of fruits and vegetables, canned foods, soft drinks, beer/liquor (wine and soju), ramen and basic toiletries! There was only one cashier working at the time I went, which caused a line to form, but overall it was a no hassle experience and provided exactly I what I needed at very affordable prices. This store along Johnston Rd in Wan Chai is on the smaller side and the people traffic was in and out the entire time. The staff was professional, spoke mainly Cantonese, and was not about wasting time talking about the medicine I was seeking. They took my info and went to the back and came out with all the items at once. That's efficiency. The price they offered was still more competitive than the quotes I got from other nearby stores. They accept Octopus, cash, and credit cards for no additional fee. I wouldn't hesitate for a second for a return visit. Mannings is one of the two biggest drugstore chains in Hong Kong. Watsons being the other. This Mannings is located inside the Hong Kong Station complex. It is not a very big location. More of a convenience store size drugstore. Was looking for some Claritin for my allergies. If you are a foreign visitor, you won't see many of the OTC drug brands that you will find in your home country. As such, Claritin does not exist in HK so I had to look for the generic name on the package to find the HK equivalent brand which is NT-Alergi BTW. Fortunately, it was not as difficult to find as they do have products organized by ailment. This Mannings is alright. It is not a big store, but you should be able to find what you need for any immediate needs that you might have while travelling on MTR or Airport Express.

This location at Fairview Park Town Centre does not have a pharmacy or a pharmacist on duty. You will have to go to Yuen Long or Sheung Shui for the closest location with a pharmacist. Hence, I wouldn't come here for your prescription drugs. This location is quite small, and it doesn't carry a full range of products and brands you would see at a regular Mannings store in the city. However, it is still a good compliment to the Fusion supermarket nearby. The location is quite convenient for local residents, and nearby village houses. It's at the hub of the Fairview Park Town Centre. A minute walk from the car park, and bus terminus.
