The soup was beef soup of which it has been boiled for 16 hours and rested for three days before use to get the taste. Awesome. The noodles was chewy too. So beware. You could taste the scallions right away and the entire pancakes were just so satiny and smooth that you could eat that all day. I remember when I tried that in Taiwan, some of them were always just a little too chewy but not from here. Apart from the Chinese pancakes, try the bubble tea a.k.a. tapioca milk tea, which is also one of the signature Taiwanese drinks. I am sure I will come back to this street again given how many different stalls it has here.

Service was below par, but then again, it just opened and needs to fine tune in the coming weeks. Worth to visit, but due expect a wait during peak hours.
