This location has a little bakery on the outside that sells egg tarts and typical bakery food. On weekend mornings, you'll see a long line at the bakery section because the pastries taste great and are really affordable - hk$7 for a pineapple bun and hk$10 for a pineapple bun with a slab of butter, which is a hk staple. They also sell Mexican custard buns, which I realized are really popular at these chain hk cafes, but I've never tried them. I did try the egg tarts here for just hk$6. They're so good! Flaky just the way I like it, but not as sweet as nyc egg tarts. Mind you, these bakery items are available not only as to go orders but to stay orders. They make great breakfast food or even an afternoon snack. The first time I ate here was for breakfast and I ordered one of those set meals. I got the beef with pasta in tomato soup. The set included a hot drink and two buns with egg and ham. The meal wasn't that memorable but I came back for dinner cause the food pics looked so good. I love hk baked minced beef over rice/spaghetti, and the ones here are unbelievably good. I love how perfect the egg they add on top looks and it's runny! I'm not a big eater but I'm usually able to finish the whole dish because that's just how tasty it is. I've also had their soup noodles here before and the portion is huge. Honestly, you won't regret coming here. There's a wide range of items on the menu to suit everyone's tastes and budget.

We had been here several times for dinner and has always been packed, they have a huge selection of BBQ meats: BBQ Pork, Goose, Duck, Suckling Pig, Soy Sauce Chicken and much more! Besides these BBQ meats, they also have huge selection of dishes from the kitchen. My favourite is their Peppers filled with Fish Puree with Black Bean Sauce served on a sizzling hot plate! Another dish take some adventurous mind set! Fresh Frogs Stir-fried with Ginger & Green Onion served on a hot plate! ( See attached video ). The meat texture is between Chicken & Fish, and it's very tender and tasty, surprisingly, I am now more curious about trying it done in a different way just to see the variation e.g. with black bean sauce and chilli!! BBQ Meats are top notch, especially their BBQ Pork, very tender and has the smokey, charred flavours of good roasted meats! The slight sweetness of the honey glaze and the semi-fat texture of the meat, actually melts in your mouth! Other mentionable items: Mantis Prawns fried with Seasoned Salt and Garlic, Soy Sauce Chicken. Service is fast, considering they are always busy, I was hoping they have another location on the Hong Kong side, but for now I don't mind driving there for good food!!

The soup was beef soup of which it has been boiled for 16 hours and rested for three days before use to get the taste. Awesome. The noodles was chewy too. And the beef, although only 3 pieces, they were tender and had the best proportion of fat the meat. Kinda costly for this one though. $47 for a bowl of beef noodles. +$15 for an iced drink. The restaurant is small. So be expected to wait or sit outside or share table with other eaters.
