They have a huge assortment and the prices are somewhat reasonable. This is a good place to go if you're looking for 24kt gold and for jade. Real jade, it turns out, costs more than diamonds. They had some pendants that cost $5-$10 grand. You don't want to know what they wanted for the jade bracelets. It could be the downpayment for your house. Unlike the jewelry stores here, be sure to ask for a discount. I didn't know that I could do this, be luckily my cousin came with me. I'm poor, so I didn't spend that much money. The staff was very helpful and kept filling our tea cups. This company has exclusive rights to the Marvel designs. Yes, that's the whole reason why I came here. I picked up some Spider-Man pieces. They also had the Captain America shield and some other Marvel things.

Overall, you can negotiate a little by haggling the manual labor costs and you get to play a little bonus game on an iPad, we won a pair of pearl earrings.

They are the official licensee of Hello Kitty inspired jewelry. DH recently was in Hong Kong and he came here to pick up something nice for me. The pendant is well made and backed with Chow Sang Sang's quality guarantee. Unfortunately, gold pieces are priced at the gold index so there's no room to negotiate the price down. However, if you are buying jade, pearl or other gemstones, you can certainly try to negotiate the price down. Hey, they also ship to the US, for a price!

Henry was patient, took the time to work with us, showed us nice and reasonably priced pieces. He also provided a certificate from the Hong Kong Jade & Stone Laboratory. Henry's store was recommended to us by a local gemnologist. Between high priced stores on Nathan road and trinkets in the Jade market, it is refreshing to find store such as this one. We recommend this store without hesitation and would (or will) definitely go back during our next visit.

I'm reviewing as someone who got custom, matching, engagement and wedding rings made here. I…read morealready had my own diamond and had a design in mind with photos for reference. It was quite straight forward as I referred by a friend to this place (family friend's business of a friend, I believe). I did not look at the jewelry they had already really so I cannot comment on prices or quality. They created my rings within a couple months; I requested for double prongs, a split shank and basket lined with smaller diamonds in platinum. They do not work with palladium, if anyone was curious. Pleased to say that it has been a year and a half with no lost stones (knock on wood). I do wish they sent photos of the progress but I suppose I should have requested that ahead of time. The tiny stones they used have a mixed amount of fluorescence so if you are really particular about that, you should clarify. In general, very clean, calm showroom and the service from the middle-aged woman (I forget her name, sorry!) was very good and made me feel very relaxed. There was no upsell of any kind and the price was fair.
