Henry's store was recommended to us by a local gemnologist. Between high priced stores on Nathan road and trinkets in the Jade market, it is refreshing to find store such as this one. We got a call later in the week saying both rings were ready, and they would be ready for pick up after 12:00 pm on Saturday. The price for resizing both rings was $750 HKD, or about $100 USD. They created my rings within a couple months; I requested for double prongs, a split shank and basket lined with smaller diamonds in platinum. They do not work with palladium, if anyone was curious. Pleased to say that it has been a year and a half with no lost stones (knock on wood). I do wish they sent photos of the progress but I suppose I should have requested that ahead of time. The tiny stones they used have a mixed amount of fluorescence so if you are really particular about that, you should clarify. In general, very clean, calm showroom and the service from the middle-aged woman (I forget her name, sorry!) was very good and made me feel very relaxed. There was no upsell of any kind and the price was fair.
