Finally, I tried it and must admit, it was really tasty pizza. I would argue possibly the best in HK, except for the NYC style at Linguini Fini. The crust was damn near perfect: slightly crispy on the outside and light on the inside without being too chewy. We split a half mushroom and caramelized onion and half margarita. The hint of sweetness of the caramelized onions was nice even though I usually prefer fresh onions instead. Even the margarita was surprisingly good. Already looking forward to my next visit - definitely my new place to satisfy any pizza craving!

The Lava pizza is a great vegetarian option: fresh burrata mozzarella, basil, kalamata olives, cherry tomatoes, and tomato sauce. On the menu it mentioned having chilli oil but mine didn't seem to have it; either way without it it was still pretty tasty. I also tried the Alba pizza which was also a hit for my tastebuds! Can't remember what type of sausage it had but me likey. Surprisingly, service was quite attentive during lunch; our server was quick to fill our waters whenever we were low and always checked up on us to see if we needed anything else. A little expensive for pizza, but since I do not eat it often, I think it's well worth it. The brussel sprout pizza is my favorite, and unique (I've never seen it at another pizza place). I'm also into any pizza with prosciutto now it. Make sure to save room for dessert - the cheesecake is fantastic.

Having been there multiple times, I was a bit surprised when on this recent visit is when they handed us a stamped loyalty card. I asked our sweet server if this was something new and she said no. I asked her why they didn't inform us of that on our previous visits and she, of course, didn't have an answer, but politely mentioned she's seen us before and that's why she gave it to us. The pizzas are good. They've added cocktails recently here, I reckon. Their menu keeps changing. The one time we had antipasti there - smoked eggplant, my jaw was on the floor with the price to portion size proportion, more because the taste disappointed as well.
