MM surely surpassed any expectation I had. Every detail was taken care of with a team of people that are well-mannered, considerate, problem-solvers, and well-organised. I had a small part in the wedding reception so I was able to get a little backstage view of what was going on. I'm more than impressed. There are so many employees, they are very nice and attentive. The food was all amazing as we stuffed our faces and did not break the bank. If you have a club one membership, you get a discount on your bill. I recommend this restaurant to anyone near by and wants to enjoy great food and take some nice pictures!

We had been here for both dim & sum lunches and dinners before the transformation, it was then ran by another famous Chinese Restaurant chain, food was decent then, we came back with no expectation and was pleasantly surprised with both the food & service. Of course, the biggest change was the interior of the floating vessel itself, it is now more glamorous with the aim of making it a wedding banquet hall. As you can see from out photos, the dim sum and other dishes were all very authentic and well prepared, flavours are all on point! If we have more time in HK, will for sure be back to try other items!
