Service was excellent especially because my friend is a regular and the waitresses all know her. We were brought a nice fruit plate for dessert.

MM surely surpassed any expectation I had. Every detail was taken care of with a team of people that are well-mannered, considerate, problem-solvers, and well-organised. I had a small part in the wedding reception so I was able to get a little backstage view of what was going on. I'm more than impressed. I don't know if they do smaller events but I'm sure that if you hire them, they will help you make your event amazingly beautiful in every way. See my pictures!

What a stunning view of the Lake!…read more This casual "Bistro" features western cuisine with a European touch! Our first time here, but we are a regular of their sister restaurant next door which features classical Cantonese cuisine. First off, all the servers are very polite and very professional, asked about a certain wine and they gladly brought us all 3 to try out! Outstanding, totally blew away by their French Onion Soup & Minestrone! Both are more then on-point! Kudos to the Chef! We also orders oysters on the shell ( from a Japanese Oyster farm ), Cesar Salad with grilled shrimp, Roasted French Spring Chicken & Pan Fried Chilean Sea-bass ... from starters to main were all made to perfection! If you want to enjoy a relaxing lunch or dinner away from the city Billow Bar will certainly fulfill your wishes!

Friend booked this place as we want some privacy (as we can be very noisy...) and one of our friends would like to bring her dog. One can discuss with the venue for the preferred catering option and we asked the venue to provide the steam seafood congee pot. Was starving so didn't take any pictures of the food lol. But as far as I remembered we had shrimp, geoduck, razor clam, giant grouper, clam... and of course the congee in the end. All you can drink soft drinks and Haizhu beer (?) are available as well which is quite a good deal for HK$285 per head

Ever thought of hosting a grown up dinner party but don't want to cook? You might want to look into…read morehiring a caterer for your party and I highly recommend Relish. The owner is very passionate about food and offer many suggestions to ensure your party is happenin' in the food department. They really look into the catering needs of Hong Kong and had come up with ways to fill that void: individual bento boxes, to-go canapés with nice, disposable packaging for no sweat entertaining, large platters to share and creative and healthy kiddy fare. If you need extra utensils they can even rent it to you at a fee. Want more drama in your otherwise blah home dinner? Relish also rents out themed flatware and chinaware as well as centerpieces. Big or small parties, they have you covered. I've once used them for an office event where I bought their whole leg of ham with homemade gravy to share, plus a few selections of to-go canapés that were packed in a sturdy cardboard box with sections to hold each piece individually. Because everything was presented so nicely on arrival all I had to do is lay them on the table and open the boxes. From the empty plates I can confirm my colleagues loved the food. The ham was a crowd pleaser and I had a colleague ask for the bone to take home so he can use it to make stock! This is a great caterer and as you know, great things don't come cheap. Relish has been taking over the catering for the art gallery crowd so that's sort of an endorsement for its food presentation (at least), if not for its quality.

The last time I stayed at the Grand Hyatt Hong was over 10 years ago and it was a 5 star…read moreexperience. I took my family this time to enjoy the stay and view over Christmas holidays. The service, Grand Hyatt quality, staff and hotel haven't changed one bit. Everything about the stay was perfect. The fantastic views, to the helpful staff who brought all our luggage to our room and it was a lot of suitcases as we were only staying a couple of nights before flying back to the U.S. it was the last leg of our Asia tour so we had amassed quite a lot of souvenirs and shopping to bring home. The views from our room were spectacular! Especially during the golden hour where Hong Kong bay just seems to light up and glow. We took every opportunity we could to take in the views. I called the concierge desk to ask for help getting reservations to a restaurant I wanted to take my family. After many attempts, they couldn't connect with the restaurant, but they gave us 2-3 other options where I could go for dinner and they made the reservations for me. The dinner was perfect and we enjoyed the food. We hired the Grand Hyatt airport limousine van to take us to Hong Kong airport. The service was above and beyond. When we pulled up to the airport terminal there were two Hyatt staff members waiting for our arrival with two baggage carts. Once the van pulled up they unloaded our luggage and pushed the carts behind us to follow us to the check in counter and unloaded everything for us there. It was seamless and smooth to check in. We had a perfect stay there and can't wait to go back again!

One of the best run hotels in the world and certainly the crown jewel of Hyatt, along with the Park Hyatt in a Tokyo.
