Located in tmt plaza in Tuen Mun, this sushi spot, I knew this sushi spot was popular as soon as I saw the mass of people outside waiting for tables. There were almost 50 people anxiously waiting their turn for sushi. We were taking away, so we moved through the queue and found the take out menus and ordering slips. The process was easy as the menu features lots of pictures and descriptions in Cantonese and English. There is also a sign showing approximate wait time for take out orders, it read 30 minutes, so we opted for 2 of the sets to feed 4 and meandering around the wall for a bit while waiting. Returning about 25 minutes later, they said it was almost ready and we got our take out right at about 30 minutes. The sushi came with 4 sets of chop sticks, plenty of soy sauce packets, wasabi and little bowls for the sauce/wasabi for each person, which is a nice touch. The sushi was tasty and fresh, experts always say the rice is more important for good sushi than the fish, but this sushi seemed to have great fish and great rice! Our 2 sets (sushi roll set and sashimi set) were nicely displayed, but not quite the quantity expected, especially the sashimi, which was a lot less than expected. The sushi roll set stated it would feed 4-5 people, but alone certainly would not have been enough as 4 people were a bit hungry after eating both the sashimi and sushi roll soys. Our set Overall, it was very tasty and would have been a 5 had the quantity not disappointed. read more
